WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! *****ULENT ADDITIONAL CONTRACT LOADED UNDER MY NAME ,HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR OVER A MONTH TO SORT WITH NO SUCCESS. AFTER HOLDING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND TRANSFERRED TO NUMEROUS AGENTS CALL CENTRE AGENTS CUT YOU OFF WHEN YOU ASK WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING TO. WORST UNHELPFUL UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTRE _ I AM SOO SHOCKED AT THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED AND DISINTEREST IN MY COMPLAINT. I HAVE SENT OVER 10 EMAILS OF COMPLAINT AND SAME AMOUNT OF CALLS AND JUST GET A GENERIC RESPONSE THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME....I AM STILL WAITING AND MATTER STILL UNRESOLVED 😠
WORST SERVICE EVER!! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!! They fixed nothing and charged everything, the repair or NOT repair was bad and customer service even worse. Dealt with Mind Tshabungu who after receiving my full payment and washing machine still not working wanted more money to buy addition parts. This makes no sense as he had the part in his vehicle that I paid R1850 for already, Machine still not working. AVOID these people they are unprofessional, unhelpful and completely disrespectful.

Once again dstv has suspended me in error, this has become a never ending story with them, no arrears just incompetence. Why should we pay for a service we don't receive?? After numerous complaints and calls they admit it's their fault and can't explain why. Really?? This is tatally unacceptable. Thank goodness for Netflix etc, dstv would only have themselves to blame when they lose even more customers. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Dstv have no idea what they are doing, keep getting suspended and pay additional fees over and above my subscription that goes off without default by debit order. Numerous phone calls and they keep billing me to reconnect where there was no reason to suspend my viewing!! No one can explain what's going on. Service is disgusting. Netflix will be taking all their unhappy customers with good reason. DISSAPOINTED!!!!
