I recently became a customer of MTN, whilst I've had no issues of note regarding my package. MTN has such a terrible and *********** customer services. I saw a deal black November deal for 5g home wifi. I did an application where I was conditionally approved. I then visited the store . I've visited 3 stores since and all has provided terrible services. I was told my credit limit needed to be increased but no one seemed to know how they can assist. I then received a call from your call center, but they advised they cant assist because there's an open deal at the store. I go to the store, Cancel the application, try and get in touch with your call center again only to sit over 30 minutes being transferred from 1 department to another. This is how you loose a client!
Purchased a vehicle recently from the Weelee Sandton dealership, I was assisted by Frikkie Gouws. It was the best service I have ever received from any dealership. Frikkie is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond even dealing with my many requests and queries with utmost professionalism. I highly recommend you purchase a vehicle from him. Its the Salesmen like Frikkie that makes you want to be a returning customer. Really impressed with everything!
Been a client with netstar for almost 2 years. There hasnt been a need for me to utilize their services. I sold the vehicle which the device was installed in and purchased a new one. I called netstar to transfer/ continue service on the new vehicle. I was proposed with 2 options. 1. Cost to reinstall on new vehicle. 2. Cost to cancel the device. Both of these costs were the same. What business sense does it make to rather loose a client than just to continue service on new vehicle. I would rather go to a tracking company where im able to transfer to a new vehicle without issues or being faced with additional charges. If the cost for me to reinstall is the same as to cancel. I would cancel. I called the second time to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for over 45 mins. Poor service.

Werner Van Wieren the own of WR construction is a fraud and con artist. We Hired WR construction on 15th September 2021 to carry out work on our property. Between 15th September and 15th October we have paid him a total of *R79 112,30*. According to the invoices, there was quiet alot of work that was going to be done. This did NOT happen. Werner Van Wieran is full of excuses. He doesn't pitch up to site. During this period he only managed to install 2 windows on the property and build a retaining wall. The work was of such poor quality that the wall FELL! We were accommodating in allowing him and his company to still continue and finish work according to the invoice however he constantly has excuses. He will promise you alot but will never do it. Since the wall fell he did not come to site to rectifiy the damage. We requested a full refund of all the money we paid. However Werner van Wieren ignores this and refuses to fix his mess. He is a fraud. WR construction is NOT NHBRC certified. Yet he uses a certification number of another company. DON'T NOT TRUST THIS GUY OR HIS BUSINESS. A case has been opened against him.
This is a second review and their poor service continues. I left a review about a week ago. I received and email stating that they called and no answer however NO ONE CALLED. Uptil this day they have still not attended to both my complaints raised plus my hello Peter review. Really taking poor service to another level.
Poor customer service! I moved to fnb about 2-3 years ago, thinking I would get much more benefits banking with them. What joke. The time that I've been with fnb I've had absolutely no benefit. I moved from Gold to premier account . Fnb throws at me higher interest loans, temporary loans and the sale of all their Vaps all of which I don't require. When I moved over to fnb. I closed my credit card with my previous bank thinking all my accounts will be moved over. However FNB declined me for a credit card. Yet I get offered loans much much more than I would even require on a credit card. This past month I've had it and will definitely be switching back to my previous bank. Last month I enquired about a fusion account via the fnb app with the team of bankers. I was told that someone will call me to assist with a migration. A week went by and no communication, so i enquired again via team of bankers. I was advised they will call me, again. I would've assumed my second enquiry would raise a higher level of urgency. However that did not! I then visited my nearest branch. I advised that it was over 2 weeks since I first enquired of the fusion account and no one assisted. The branch consultant then logged a complaint on my behalf and advised she couldn't assist with the migration and I would need to call the premier banking department. I've attempted calling, and send yet another message via the app. Still absolutely no feedback or communication. A week went by since I logged the complaint at the branch, no one called to assist! I then proceed to log another complaint myself on the website and email. (this was almost 2 weeks ago from today) NO one bothered to follow up on both complaints! In the interim I did attempt to call in and was given some nonsense about my credit score. Yet checking with compuscan like they mentioned. Showed no issues! Other than my vehicle finance I have no other credit and fnb declines me for reasons I can not even understand. Ever since I've moved to Fnb I've had 0 benefit. All they are good for is high bank chargers and fees.
