Non existent service in trying to open a business account
Dont even try to open a business account with Standard Bank....no one will get back to you!!

Shocking service, rip off
Bad bad service! Standard bank insurance is a rip off. You try and claim and you cannot get hold of anyone or they keep you on the phone for ever and then never communicate with you. There are far better insurance companies out there. Dont waste your money and time with these guys!

Shocking service Standard Bank
I disputed an UBER RIDE amount that went through my account. Standard Bank responded by blocking my credit card without informing me and you cannot get hold of anyone to reopen the credit card. How are they still in business!

Biddulphs are the best!!
Biddulphs team moved my furniture and goods from Jhb to CT and were amazing! What a team, they really pulled together and took the stress out of the experience and were very professional!

Discovery Bank - so complicated to renew a card!
It is impossible to renew your credit card at Discovery Bank. It is so complicated that expect to be on the phone for about 2 hours at least ! You have to phone about 3 times!

Has FNB closed down - locks accounts without advising clients
FNB has just locked our account without advising me at all or making any contact with me and I am totally unable to get hold of anyone. No one can get paid and my staff have not received their salaries! Does anyone know if FNB are in difficulty.... very worrying!

Buy Two discount at Woolworths not a deal
Woolworths Foods offers many special deals on their shelves especially discounts if you 'buy two' you get a big discount. This is great but when you get to the till they ring up your purchase without the advertised discount and most people dont even realize they have been taken. i have been caught a few times. But to Woolworths credit if you notice it and you go back with your slip they will reimburse you # WIN So be very careful at Woolworths when you purchase and check your till slip super carefully

Coach House Tzaneen
Coach House in Tzaneen used to be incredible but now the standards have slipped. We still had a great stay and beautiful views but the front desk service is shocking, rude and arrogant and no knowledge of the hotel or the area around the hotel or even the current rates that are offered on the internet. Why are the staff not being trained. Food is also not great!

Pam Golding Properties - Misleading advertising
Pam Golding Properties advertises properties on Property24 that are not on the market and are not for sale. I have contacted both Pam Golding Properties and Property24 to advise them and they both refused to remove the advert. If this continues the the Advertising Standards Authority must be informed as this also presents a security risk for owners. I have also spoken to a number of agents in the area and they are aware of this behaviour which we are only aware of in the Oaklands, Norwood, Melrose Arch, Abbotsford areas.
