Honestly the worst encounter of my life. They only care about a sale and don’t care about their clients. Not once was I made aware of additional costs that may incur by Schaugnn who is possibly the most sly and *********** salesman I’ve ever come across. Not once during the process was I asked if I needed additional assistance or explanation either. He’s just focused on the quick buck it seems. When confronting him about having to pay an additional 50k in fees when he knows I don’t have money lying around he advised me to just take the hit and perhaps take out a personal loan. Disgusting business wanting top of the range fees for really **** and lazy work. Never again.
Shaw academy advertised a “free course” harassed me into taking up said “free course” after I expressed interested. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in the course (I have proof) and someone called me and said that I can have access til the 26th of the Jan so I allowed it and said I would try but furthermore expressed disinterest. I cancelled on the 26th and confirmed the 27th since the app said that I had 2 days of my trial left. They took my money after I told them I wasn't interested and cancelled on the app. I called and co confirmed my cancellation because I trusted information on the app. I don't have a job. I need the money they knew I couldn't afford the course.
I had an amazing experience at Vredendal's FNB. Staff was amazing, they checked in on everyone and did a really good job with enforcing COVID-19 rules. Best banking experience ever!
After a poor review 1-grid really stepped up their game and assisted me with the best customer service I could ask for. Keegan Ezau was an exemplary customer service representative and saved face really well. Thanks Keegan!
Most disgusting company!! I tried registering my company and only getting documentation alone has taken me almost 2 months, finally, by the time I get to see the documentation they got most information wrong. I was told that someone was sorting it out but as a 1-month late response to a ticket, they sent me the very same document with the error on!!!! Long waiting times for calls to be answered and lying customer care agents. Rather do all of the admin yourself. Not worth a damn and they charged me R900!!
