The treehouses are so cold and dusty that we couldn’t even sleep in them and had to sleep in our car. This despite them costing a whopping R2500 per night. And then when we informed the owner that we can’t stay there he refused to let us out of the 3 day booking (subject to a small rebate) so that we landed up having to pay R6000 for sleeping there one night …in our car!!!. Hopefully the owner enjoys spending our R6000 as we sure won’t be going there ever again and we would strongly warn the public against going to Sycamore Avenue Treehouse.
I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter against Vodacom relating to my inability to access my SIM card data balances and the associated poor service and passing the buck. Vodacom quickly responded to say someone will contact me but then nobody did!! Come on Vodacom this is totally unacceptable!!! Why has Vodacom service deteriorated so badly???
I always logged into [URL Removed] to get my sim card balances and then one day it stopped working giving a technical difficulties error message. After 3 calls to the call centre they are telling me that they can't reset my account and further they cant delink my sim cards from this account which means I can't even register a new account to access these SIM card balances and so now I have to go out and by new sim cards - which I will be doing with another network. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
My daughter went to Rush Trampoline Park in Greenstone shopping centre last night only to come home with a sprained ankle. In addition to now having an immobile daughter in a lot of discomfort I am now R450 out of pocket (R100 for the entrance fee and R350 for crutch, anti-inflammatory patches and ankle support). I went to speak to management about what they intend to do about this and their response was they intend to do absolutely nothing, saying my daughter signed a waiver of liability and so its entirely our problem. This is totally unacceptable for two reasons: 1 they are not warning people of the true dangers of trampoline parks (see for example [URL Removed] and [URL Removed] (the manager I spoke to even admitted they are having a lot of injuries) and 2) they need to carry some form of insurance - it is totally unacceptable running a hazardous business and washing your hands of all liability. Parents need to think twice before allowing their kids to go to this trampoline park.
