Need help with a refund from them as i bought two tickets for the park and ride and were put on the wrong bus ..i have tried getting in contact with park and ride but have gotten no response, tried getting in touch with ticketpro via their online form byt have gitto response in over a week
Purchase 2 hey neighbor tickets for the park and ride the usher put us on the wrong bus ,and waited hours before we got a new bus and missed half of the festival by the time they got a new bus ....eventually the usher said we would get a refund if we emailed our tickets to their email adress ....have done so and included the CEO but have not gotten a response in over a week .have tried calling but mail box is full
Needed help on the status on my credit card application , being getting mixed answers and assistance . This is the third time i am inquiring about this the most resent time the consultant told me they would get get someone to call me back and have not yet ,this was on the 26th of June ,a whole month has almost passed and i am still waiting The time before that consultant told me to send my information to an email address that doesn't exist ,and after getting the correct email address via the chat on the mobile app sent my information and revived no feedback to date , that was on the 19th of Feb This is excluding the horrible experience at the physical branch where the consultants don't know whats going on One would think in times like this economical crisis you would be looking for as much business as possible.
