I would give you 0 stars if this was an option
My Mother is a pensioner and has been waiting for her cheque book for over 4 weeks. Only to be told the request for a new cheque book has been cancelled twice but by whom, the employees of the Eshowe Branch are either unable or unwilling to say. This is most important as her cheque book is the only means of access that she has to her pension and other funds. I cannot for the life of me understand how or why this request would be cancelled without her permission or at least informing her. Instead staff choose to tell her to come back in two weeks.
