The level of service I received was outstanding. Staff were friendly and they even sent me an email to reassure me that my query will be resolved after about 3 calls in the past with no resolve. Resolved and thanks!
I'm not a person of many words and feel that sometimes reviews should not always be about bad experiences just to tarnish companies. I would really like to thank the Affinity Health agent who dealt with my Father's claim. He did a wonderful job. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. Service at its best, I salute you guys.
Avoid at all costs, terrible service, never respond to emails and very impersonal. I agree 100% with previous comments...
I received a text message notification only minutes after a fraudulent online transaction that had gone through my account. I immediately called Investec and spoke to an assistant. My card was immediately cancelled, an investigation is already underway, the transaction has been stopped and my new card is being delivered on Monday. Fantastic!
Poor customer service, would not exchange the product, and refused to return my money, avoid!
