I have reported this to Vodacom, checked my bank account, they have been deducting R10.00 almost every day since March using the ins funds as ref, but it is them, close to R1000.00 deducted from my account, Please report them under Vodacom as well on Hello Peter only way you will get results
Not happy not getting any help sorting out a Nairtime issue, but they allow Nairtime to take people's money. Nairtime doesn't even have the correct contact number. here on Hello Peter, there are various complaints from people about Nairtime. What is Vodacom doing to resolve this? they keep on deducting from my account, and have already deducted twice, and keep on deducting R10.00 from your account, and think you won't notice. Now I get an sms that I will be listed on the credit bureau
There is no way to get hold of them their contact number is not even their number, they deducted twice from my bank and from there on other amounts of R10.00 and today got a sms now I owe them R12.45 and they will list me with the credit bureau, all the complaints what is happening that all have the same issue. How can Vodacom sign up with them? There is not even an email address for them.
I have been contacted by Debt Solution SA in the covid time and I considered it and completed the forms but just after that I decided not to go under debt counselling and asked them to cancel but on my credit report It shows that I am under debt counselling and after mails and trying to contact them and even completing the call back on their website I am still not getting a response to get that removed from my name. This is already and I have this on my name since 2020.
Cancelled my Fibre in August 2020 when we moved still get billed, reflects on my name payments in arrears, Every time I get invoice I contact customer care, Fibre say it is a billing problem and billing blames fibre but nothing gets resolved :-( My credit score is ******ed up through this!!!!!!!!!!!!
My son has been trying for months now to sort out his credit score and all acoounts that they list in arrears is paid up 2 to 3 years ago and noe suddenly it appears as in arrears for 12 months but 12 months ago it wasnt even on the report cause it was pain in 2017. You never get hold of anyone telrphonically and dispute take 21 days and after 21 days you have to lock another dispute. The funny part is that none of this is showing on other credit bureaus but all banks check through experian and after months my son still struggle to buy a car due to this mess. Surely after reading all the complaints from others with the same problem experian must realise they have messed up big time and they should start fixing the problem or all should just take it up with the NCR and get experian of the map. After sorting one thing out the list another thing and then try and make excuses. Sick and tired of dealing with people that cant sort the problem out.
2 months later still not resolved issue on my sons report. Keep on opening accounts that is closed more than a year ago and now reflecting his score badly. after numerous mails to Arno Beukes at compuscan not getting any reply. This is just pathetic after we have send proof of paid up letters and this cant be resolved.
Compuscan worst Credit bureau - Outdated and inaccurate I FULLY AGREE!!!! Due to them not updating my son struggle once again to get vehicle finance after he has a paid up letter that is was paid up in August 2019. He contacted compuscan and no one can asisst due to their system having technical errors and the bank declined him due to their errors and after numerous phone calls no one can assist, so fed up all other credit bureau's is up to date only Compuscan is not updated. Funny part is this was cleared 4 months ago and it is reflecting again and was told by consultant it is due to a system error on their side so how many people will be affected now with the same problem. I refuse to wait 30 days for this to be cleared so will be reporting this Credit ombud as well. Verry unhappy about this spend hours on phone getting no help at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
