This is rediculous , i do not know who this company is yet they have logged an hard enquiry on me as per experian and is a false fault.
Uber is basically *****ing from me , i have had multiple instances where i would take an uber payment went thru then later the evening a debit order is done , today i queried a payment was overcharged R60 instead of refunding my account was debited ive been quiet but this is ******* an unauthorised transactions on my account this is extremely unprofessional really re**** on uber but you guys are a bunch of ******
I am extremely frustrated at the pathetic service I'm getting from Vodacom subscriber collections. I have been requesting to be moved over to Top Up Collection. This has been first requested November 9th (an agreement was made and it was said I should wait 48hrs A MONTH LATER no service - i have been calling like a fool Spoke to Multiple agents Katlego ( which was very helpful ) Dorcas prince Bridgette and a Supervisor Morena ( who put me on hold for more the 10 minutes decides to drop the call and not call back ) I am a client and i have been in constant contact with Vodacom and I need this resolved because I'm totally helpless because besides all the dropped calls, no one is willing to help even after an entire month...PLEASE HELP
I AM STRESSED OUT AND EXTREMELY ANGRY AND UPSET I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FINE WHICH WAS APPROVED BY THE BODY CORPORATE AT FOUNTAIN VIEW MIDRAND I HAVE DISPUTED THIS MATTER DUE TO CERTAIN PROCEDURES NOT BEING FOLLOWED AND IT GOING AGAINST THE CODE OF CONDUCT OF THE COMPLEX. I HAVE SENT THIS 17 DECEMBER TO BRINELLE JORDAN BLESSED AND WESLEY, NO RESPONSE I DID MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS AND FINALLY GAVE UP WHEN I SENT MY LAST EMAIL SENT END DECEMBER I REALISED THIS WAS LOADED AND NO RESPONSE OR EFFORT WAS TAKEN TO EVEN GIVE ME FEEDBACK ... THIS IS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY BECAUSE THE PROCEDURE WAS NOT FOLLOWED NO PREVIOUS WARNING WHERE GIVEN . I AM WORKING FROM HOME AN HAVE BEEN IN DISPUTE SINCE 17TH DECEMBER I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH POOR TREATMET AND WILL NOT BE BULLIED BY BIG CORPORATE COMPANIES THIS IS IMAPACTING ME AS I ALSO HAVE AN INFANT THEY PREVENTED ME FROM BUYING ELECTRICITY DUE TO THEM LOADING THE FINE ON MY PREPAID METER IN ALL FAIRNESS THIS WAS UNCALLED FOR UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL I WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION AND I WILL NOY ACCEPT OR BE BULLIED INTO PAYING THIS ... IM FRUSTRATED AND STRESSED OUT MY SISTER HAS BEEN SENDING EMAILS LIKE CRAZY THE BRINELLE JORDAN ,MIRACULOUSLY SEND A ****TY EMAIL A MONTH LATER BY THE WAY TO TELL ME IM LIABLE - SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT CARE MANNER AND DID NOT EVEN TAKE TIME TO UNDERSTAND MY DISPUTE I CURRENTLY CANNOT WORK AND HAVE AN INFANT LIVING WITH ME I HAVE ALSO LIASED WITH MARION THE MANAGER BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION JUST A HUGE CORPORATE WHO IS TRYING TO SUCK THE LAST OUT OF YOU AND MIND YOU ME THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWKNG THE CORRECT PROCEDURES AND ILLEGALLY BILLING ME AND PREVENTING ME FROM BUYING ELECTRICITY NOW IM LITERALLY SITTING IN THE DARK AND YET NO ONE IS COMING BACK TO ME WITH FEEDBACK O HOW TO RESOLVE YET THEY ARE BULLYING ME INTO PAYING THIS I REFUSE TO AND WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE THIS IS AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE AND THE BOARD TRUSTEES AND BODY CORPORATE SHOULD HAVE LOOKED INTO THIS BUT THIS WAS NOT DONE IVE LOST SO MUCH WORK DUE TO THIS ....
I have been trying to get my debit order sorted out in the premier loans collection department since December 23 you the chat line and its service is so poor you have to explain yourselfers to every agent the they end the chat or cant assist or drop calls why am I being debited illegally when there is no outstanding balances .can someone please call me to sort this out as no one is trying to even assist me and I'm not happy with the service I've been getting from first national bank
On the 28 July vodacom network was down in Lenasia south area I laid my complaint yet no one got back to me. The network was down without any communication from my service provider . This has had a huge impact on my working from home . I am frustrated and angry because this has impacted my employment at my company as well. I want this investigated and feedback provided in writing as I called multiple times and it was confirmed that on this day there was a network issue in my area. Can someone from vodacom please get back to me before I blow this out of proportion. I have been a customer for many years and I expect vodacom to get back to me as soon as possible .
THE NETWORK IS TOTALLY OFF IN LENASIA FOR VODACOM IT HAS BEEN AN ENTIRE DAY WITHOUT HAVING ANY EXCESS TO ANYTHING CAN THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT PLEASE GET URGENTLY BACK TO ME !
