I went to purchase a bounce set( stroller/c****at) and bounce baby feeding chair that can adjust in November 2019 for my daughter at toys r us in Baywest Port Elizabeth South africa. My first grandchild was due in January 2020, but my grandson decided to come on the 01 February 2020 on his momies birthday. I never opened the bounce set yet until the 15th February 2020 when baby and mom came from hospital due to birth complications. Used the seat to carry baby from hospital and did not assemble stroller yet. In the month of April I decided to assemble the stroller to find out every time the front wheel of the stroller keep on popping out. Was so terrified one stage when i pushed baby in stroller wheel poped out and stroller went side ways. I wasn't going anywhere due to covid 19 and can only use stroller in my yard or inside my house. The two of the feeding chair legs has no rubbers under neat when you want to adjust. In June 2020 I went to the store to tell them that I went to the store during lockdown only to find out they were closed. I told the sales person that I can't seem to find my cash slip and that I just want them to look at this wheel because it's dangerous and it's their product. She said that they can't do anything without a slip. I ask can't she then phone customer care and explain to them. Her reply they will say the same thing that they can't help without a slip. I paid such allot of money for these bounce products from toy's r us and you tell me now that they can't do anything . This is bad service toy's r us!! I almost lost both my grandson and my daughter and my grandson almost fell with a factory problem with your stroller. Where is the humanity nowadays. Shame on you toys r us!! I spent allot of money over the years in your store supporting you!! I will never ever recommend anyone to buy at your store again.

Really impressed
The El Coro Bembom branch is a BOMB...Yesterday afternoon went to BemBom El Coro, asking if they had any custard croissants, which they did not. We did not place an order, but this morning went to check out if they did have any custard croissants in stock and to our utter surprise, they had one already packed for us. Really impressed, well done to BemBom El Coro and thanks.
