Apple phone ****mers
My son paid for a phone he was promised it will be delivered after 2 days then they blocked him and rejected my calls, ever since these people are ****mers they are not ligit,BIG ****MERS the name of the guy is Thabo Baloyi that is the reference he said we must use when making a payment. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM

bad customer service
Bad customer service I went to Shoprite Brakpan bought a few items and paid at the express till , 2 ladies were standing there 1 was a cashier the other one was reading a magazine which i assumed was a packer, i then gave them my carry bag to pack for me but no one bothered , the 2 other ladies joined them still no one packed for me , i asked if am i now working for shoprite , i am paying for the groceries and also have to pack myself , this one lady gave a look with an attitude , there were 4 people standing around in one till but they were all busy chatting about their own things, which i felt disrespected as customer who is bringing business to shoprite and treated as such.

Job well done Rethabile Mahlangu
Good day i would like to say thank you to Rethabile Mahlangu for being such a great help, she is always communicating always keeps me up to date on what is the next step, she does not do something in your account without you knowing, she is far better that the people who was handling my account when i started with finwell Gloria and Luwellen they were so incompetent, though you will not get hold of Rethabile but when you send a mail she responds and calls back. Thank you Rethabile job well done keep it up

THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND TOLD ME THEY WILL ARRANGE WITH MY DEBTORS, NOW ALL MY ACCOUNTS ARE IN ARREARS BECAUSE OF NO ARRANGEMENT MADE, WHEN YOU CALL THERE IS NO ANSWER, MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDLED BY GLORIA THAT GIRL IS SO INCOMPITANT, SHE PROMISED TO CALL AND SHE WILL NEVER DO THAT, THEN IT WAS LUWELLEN GUY HE ALSO FAILED ME, NOW MY ACCOUNT IS HANDLED BY RETHABILE WHO IS NOT ANSWERING MY MESA-SAGES NOW .TO ME THEY SOUND LIKE THEY SOUND LIKE FLY BY NIGHTS COMPANY

I took these debt counselors in 2020 October and then in March i decided that they are not doing a good job, i did not know that if you take a debt review you will not be allowed to use your creditors anymore... hence i double checked with the foolish guy by the name of Ridwan he assured me i will still buy instead of telling me that truth because he wanted a business, now they have handed me over to Boshoff stating that i owe them 1800 which i am not sure what is it for,,,they took my money to cover all their cost so i don't understand what is it that i am owing them , they even sent me a mail to say they are suspending their services ...they are money ripping off company.

Dual Cell phone sim blocked by provider without notification On the 18 of July I bought 2 phones for the amount of +-5000 at pep cell in brakpan, one was for mtn and the other was for cell which I was told it takes 2 sim cards, I used the phone for one week on the 25 July my other sim stopped working and all of a sudden the second slot was blocked. I bought the phone because I wanted to make my life easy, guess what my life was a living hell, I had to go back and front to pep to return the phone,and they send a message to my wife for he update saying that in order for me to unblock the sim I have to buy the airtime to the value of 159.00, they are now making their problem mine after spending so much, I thought it is a problem with the settings and took it back to the shop, the lady by the name of Mapule made a call and she was told the slot was blocked for the other sim,I was told that they will book it for six weeks for repair " a new phone" now I am back to square one without he phone Pep cell and cell c must sort this between themselves and not involve me. Fundisiwe M: 05 Aug 2020, 09:28 Good morning i am still not happy about the response i got from Cell C, you telling that Pep stores will send the phone for repairs it is not an option, why were you selling the phone that takes 2 sim cards if you are going to block it, i did not remove the providers sim instead i used both my MTN and the Cell c, i used transport money to do the ups and downs , i do not travel free , i bought a new phone because i neeeeeded it not because i wanteeeeed end the end of the day you are fricken telling me to bur airtime for the amount of 159.00 to be able to unblock, WHAT THE HELL FOR , you blocked the phone so you need to unblock it, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone so why take if for repairs, the only thing is for you to unblock the FRICKEN phone why is that so difficult to do, when i bought the phone there were procedures, now that i want my money back i ma told about about the silly procedures, UNBLOCK MY PHONE END OF STORY.
