Superb after sales service from Smeg South Africa in Durban
The after sales service from Lushen Naidoo and the Durban Smeg team has been extraordinary! I had a problem with a kettle that was well out of warranty - and they helped me and went WAY beyond expectations to sort it out for me. Service of this level is exceptionally rare. Lushen and the Durban team certainly live the brand values of excellence and world-class delivery.

Superb service from Bart at Rivonia Tailors
Bart from Rivonia Tailors is always professional and is a wizard with repairs & alterations! Over the years, he has repaired puffer jackets, made alterations on numerous items of clothing & even a 'Landrover rain cover'. Everything is always done neatly and on time. It's always a pleasure to deal with Bart. His new premises is light & bright too.

MDS Collivery - superb service from an outstanding professional courier team
I've been using MDS Collivery for a number of years and have always had excellent service. During the Covid-19 lockdown, I've found the service outstanding. The professional drivers are fully trained to adhere to the strict protocols, they are friendly and helpful. I love how the team keeps me posted on any collection or delivery along the way. The support team in the Durban and Cape Town offices were exceptionally helpful this week with an important collection for me.
