Stylist did the complete opposite to what I asked for. I was very disappointed that after explaining very clearly what I wanted and specifically what not to do, the stylist somehow still got it completely wrong. I arrived with blonde hair asking to freshen up with a toner and somehow I left with brown hair which just didn't make sense, she also really struggled to cut my hair and found many uneven pieces later that resulted in me having to go cut my hair again somewhere else to try and fix it the following day. Felt like I wasted alot of money for something I ultimately could have done myself. I would NOT recommend going to Carlton Hair Rosebank. Very expensive and not worth it.
Amazing assistance from Dian Slabbert. So friendly and organised! First Sales Advisor that I have spoke to that is not pushy and actually listens to your questions without quickly trying to force a premium on to you... Outsurance should really take some tips from him. Thank you again Dotsure!
I have been with many ISPs but Home-Connect is one of the best! Amazing and friendly staff. A big thank you to Nicole at support! She patiently helped me sort out my connection issues with no hassle at all. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you again!!
NOT very good so far. I was assured a week in advance that by the 1 November my internet would be activated. I called them 4 times in October to confirm the activation as I work from home and it was absolutely essential that I was up and running by the 1st November. By the 2nd November, I'm still chasing them to get my internet activated. Im quite disappointed that this is the service I've received as a first time customer with Home-connect.
Worse vegan food I've ever tasted, the cooks are clearly not skilled in plant based dishes and need more training. Extremely slow service and not bringing correct orders to the tables. Would not recommend.
FNB has terrible service and does not get back to you when you have enquired information. Staff at most branches are very unfriendly and do not help at all when you need assistance. Trying to call for assistance is a waste of time, they transfer you continuously and eventually the line goes dead. The staff is untrained and do not know their own procedures, on occasion I've had separate staff give me different policies for the same issue. I have been waiting for months just for them to send me a paid up letter which I had to continuously chase them for over months of calling, emailing and going into the bank. However when they needed me to pay the account they would not stop contacting me, yet when I needed assistance from them they suddenly aren't able to help. This is just one of many issues I kept on having with FNB. I eventually closed my account with FNB and moved my funds to a different bank. Unbelievably I am still waiting for that paid up letter tto be sent till today. I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone. For one of SA's "big 5" banks they are definitely right at the bottom of the list.
My car was authorized in March by CMC to be fixed. However, lockdown was implemented and I was unable to take my car in until July, sadly the panel beaters closed down and I was unable to take my car to them. I had to do the quotation process again and surprisingly I was told by CMC that the exact same damages that was authorized in March could not be done now because my policy did not cover it. This did not make sense at all as it was the exact same damages that was authorized in March so why cant it be done in July??? After many calls and emails CMC refused to fix my car even after it had already been authorized before. I was definitely cheated out of my claim with ridiculous T's&C's because they did not check correctly the first time and the situation was handled extremely unprofessionally by CMC. I will never use their services again and advise anyone who is looking for a policy to not use this unprofessional company.
