This call center company has been really helpful trying to get in touch with Telkom admin plus to give me an update as to what Is going on with my device. They took out from their own initiative to get to assist me in my Query but Telkom just could never respond back to them at all. So Telkom has not even once tried to contact them back for an update. Thank you Bradian.co.za on assisting on this insurance case. #WIN
have been having some real bad customer service from telkom insurance I have been paying my insurance for almost 2 years 5 months and here they not able to replace or fix my device that I had given in 3 months ago but they are willing to take my money every month for insurance and never give me an update at all. I thought I would expect something really sincere from them and them being able to assist me. This is really becoming frustrating at the moment. #WIN
Rain is the second month they debit my account then disconnect my internet service plus as well I had disconnected my off peak data and they still bill me for data I have never used. They also never get back to a client at all after a call had been log. This is very bad service.
