I have been trying since 2 January to cancel a month to month data contract got reference nr 60812109 after visiting the store but end of Jan got debited again. Phoned call center 31 Jan got new ref 4092656 and got another statement saying they are going to deduct again Feb and March because I need to give 30 days notice. How is from 2 Jan to 30 April 30 days. Last I checked that is 120 days. seems like I will have to take away my private and business accounts away from Telkom for bad service
I did an Upgrade 20 February 2021 at the Hillcrest Branch 9006 on a big deal Huawei P Smart 2021 on Free me 800 package. Order 866732521 It was supposed to come with free Huawei cordless headphones. I didnt check the package and only later when I sent it to my daughter realized that there was no earphones and no sim card in the package. I have been paying for a contract the last 2 months that I cant use. I have been back to the branch 6 times. Their excuse is agent pillaa18 used the incorrect promo code and they will fix it. I keep getting new case numbers and then a message case resolved then go back to the branch and nothing is sorted so yet another new case number is created. How long does it take to go to the store room and fetch me a set of earphones and sim card?
I have been trying 2 hours non stop but no one is answering their emergency assist number. Im broken down on the side of the road with no help arriving from their side. Pathetic. Even tried their live chat site. The lady said she will have someone phone me an hour ago and still waiting. Definitely cancelling this insurance
We had new computers installed and our rental printer would not print. Ishmael from Smart Office in Pinetown sorted the problem out quickly. Such a pleasant man.
Shocking level of incompetence. Put in claim on 2 cellphone repairs on 15 May. 20 emails later and still no pay out. I spoke to a Neo Selepe, Lydia Bongoza and Felix Mokoba. Each takes 2 weeks to respond and every time asking for new claim forms. I think we must cancel our insurance with them. Vodacom should not use them as their insurers
