When I app**** for debt review under debt rescue, they were eager and consistent, updated me every step of the way. Got me on board, eased me with answering my every question. Once they had me, nothing, consistency out the window. I wait days for a reply. Then the replies aren't even suited to what I asked. Still getting debited from creditors they send an email and that's that, still expecting their funds in full yet no accountability or recognition of the actual issue.
"We bought two of the pizza bases for R29.90 from your store in Sunningdale, one arrived without the plastic in the middle and well see for yourself. They were obviously for supper hence not opened in time. I don't have the time to get back to the store on a Sunday as I work 8am-7pm" original complaint sent on October 25th same day we bought the bases. I sent numerous emails, reached out multiple times giw Facebook messenger after a week got told the email is down. They then announce its back up and I sent another email to eventually having to call in, because we don't know how customer service BASICS work, not a thank you we're looking into it, NIKS, I get the email reply after nearly two weeks since, sorry but we can't refund without the original product. Same product I had to discard to go and buy another dinner, sent pictures and videos but I did not do enough to ensure I get my money back.
Ordered from Debonairs Belhar, waited 3 hours for delivery, with missing items. Driver just shrugged, got in contact with store, manager was abrupt refusing to replace, placed over R300 worth of food. Waiting on a refund to this date and it's been nearly 2-3 years.
I ordered from Temu, this was regarding the third order, customs invoice comes through I pay, server error get redirected to pay. No deduction showing on bank account yet, I pay again. Lo and behold less than 24 hours later, both payments debited successfully, reach out to Buffalo, I get sent refund form and they need both POPs. Sent and done, we are now 7 days post said email, 3 follow ups, 4 phone calls 'email only'. Parcel gets delivered after Temu had to escalate within 24 hours but it's been in Cape Town 3 working days. I am still waiting on my refund.
Hi this is regarding two stores. First store is Debonairs Delft Mall and its been two full weeks since and the manager contacted me only to hang up on me. I waited three hours for an incorrect order and a missing drink. After I was promised warm food and they won't forget. Plenty of call logs and complaints ready. Secondly is Tokai Debonairs, ordered for 6:30, gets delivered at 18:51. Got call logs. Again driver forgets my colddrink, he'll return. Driver calls me 19:40 after delivering my food at 18:51 that they don't have flavoured water which would I prefer. Settled for still water. These are two incidents in less than a month apart, my history with you goes back to mu childhood. I looked forward to pizza nights, but this no thank you
I have been using you multiple times and I'm disgusted, I referred and recommended my entire family. For each and every of their orders to be messed up. Today was the worst, we waited two hours since place of order and received the incorrect order and been 4 hours waiting for a redelivery. I hope you realise you are actually dealing with food and humans.
Addressing this here, since my calls and queries fall on dead ears. I have had multiple delivery issues with Avonwood Square Debonairs. Not one delivery in the last month has been successful or not having them on speed dial. Tonight August 6th was by far the worse. I ordered an on the double feast. It included spicey chicken, sweet & sour rib, donut dippers and death by chocolate with sprite. The online payment system was down so I requested card by delivery due to the handling of cash with Covid-19. I placed the order at 17:12 for 18:30. My order arrives at 18:47, driver forgot the card machine and said he'll wait till my mother gets cash. Asked if we can try the online payment because "I don't lis to drive back mama". I had to leave my work desk to assist the driver in letting him know I tried two different payment methods and your online system is down. Eventually he leaves the food with us and drives back to the store 3 minute away for the card machine and returns after 17 minutes. All the while, food is sitting on the counter cold and unopened and I have to wait for supper. Proceed to eat and we got coke instead of sprite and we have BBQ chicken wings which has caused food poisoning in my household about 2-3 times. Granted its just food, but I had to start my work shift at 6pm on a hungry stomach and then had to delay my first break twice. Called the store after two attempts of someone not hanging up on me and doesn't know why the driver never informed me about the wings since they were out of pudding. I confirmed the driver was here twice and nothing was said other than laziness. Says she'll speak to someone and hands over the phone. Mercia answers and says hello, so I go "how may I assist you" and she says the phone was handled over to her because I asked to speak to her. Four phone calls and half hour later we got another order of donut dippers and the wings were returned. Favourite line is the driver calling me to say my ***y lady must stand outside and wait for him because his scared.
