I am writing to inform you that I will be taking legal action against FNB for not allowing me to pay back my credit card, FNB has permanently left me in bad credit due to this issue after years of requesting account details (emails to prove this) I therefore cannot obtain a bond as you refuse to clear my name or allow me to return the credit funds. As per the consumer protection act I will be perusing legal action, furthermore I will be cancelling all business and personal accounts. If anyone is reading this and has had the same issue please contact me for a class action lawsuite. I will pay the legal fees.
FNBs collection and home loan department is useless. For years I have requested to send me details to pay off my credit card and clear my name. I have been denied homeloan from FNB because of this. Yet my business does massive turnover. Unless this is resolved and I am contacted immediately to resolve this issue I will be moving all 10 accounts to discovery. It is pathetic you make customers beg to pay you money.
This bank deserves to be shut down, How can you BLOCK us from entering our business and personal profiles on the app for reporting ***** on 1 card? Nevermind the 6 day delay in getting back to me about the *****. WORST BANK OF ALL TIME IN THE HISTORY OF BANKS. DO NOT EVEN PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT JOINING THEM. This bank just blocks business accounts for NO REASON. We did the entire to do list as sms. Then all of a sudden our accounts are blocked for no reason. We had to call into all departments this morning only to be told we must fill in a mandate. GEE Thanks for mentioning it, if we hadnt called in our account would remain blocked. Why do you make this our problem when we havr done nothing wrong but follow instructions and we must chase you. Mandate was filled in this morning and still our accounts are blocked. So then must we move all 10 business's to standard bank rather? Useless uncaring service, you just a money engine that doesnt care for its customers and we have poor staff and suppliers to pay!
