Buccaneers falling apart after 9 months
I bought these shoes 9 months ago. Falling apart. I called your factory shop and the lady there told me I need to bring the shoes in to have them take a look. I explained to her that we live in Fish Hoek and that taking time out of my work week and the petrol to drive to Kensington would be a lot. She told me there is no other option. So I guess I will have to rather take that money and go buy a new pair of shoes - which will NOT be Buccaneers. Times are tough and struggling parents are relying on brands like yours to make good quality shoes. Sis on you!

The Unlimited FRAUD
A debit order came off my account today (25 September) for R180. I did not authorize this and it is not for a policy I have taken out. I have never heard of this company before. On contacting the The Unlimited they responded as follows: Than you so much for bringing this matter to our attention. We need to investigate how this happened. Please send us a dispute letter to Socialmedia@theunlimited.co.za. Please include your bank statement and a copy of your ID. I was not comfortable doing this so I checked them on HelloPeter. They are scammers. See link: https://www.hellopeter.com/the-unlimited/reviews/the-unlimited-the-most-fraudulent-company-scammers-2632540 I confronted them and got this back: We understand your concerns after seeing the reviews, however, kindly note that our application forms do state that you musn’t sign if you’re not taking the policy. We would really like the opportunity to look into the matter of the incorrect account debited. Please send us the information that we’ve requested so that we can assist you. And this: Unfrotunately, our process doesn’t work like that. This company is NOT legit! BE CAREFUL SENDING OUT YOUR INFO PEOPLE! Also, don't companies request proof of bank details when creating debit orders anymore?

POSSIBLE SCAM OR FAKE STORE
Placed order on the 29th of July. Received an order confirmation but nothing since then. Their phone number instructs you to email them but no one responds to emails. It's been 9 days now and no feedback, no shipping details or notification. Possible scam or fake store. I do not recommend.
