I have 3 daughters and I have been buying these brand shoes for the past 9 years and I must say between last year and this year I had to replace there shoes 3/6 months from purchase. Bare in my about the school holidays in between. Quality not what it used to be sorry. On their website alot of unhappy customers.

Placed an order on 30 September and made full payment for delivery. Please note that the delivery fee was half of the purchase price of the shoes so that the parcel can be delivered asap. Carmelita from buc****e is just not responding to my emails anymore. Is this a ****????

I bought these shoes 9 months ago. Falling apart. I called your factory shop and the lady there told me I need to bring the shoes in to have them take a look. I explained to her that we live in Fish Hoek and that taking time out of my work week and the petrol to drive to Kensington would be a lot. She told me there is no other option. So I guess I will have to rather take that money and go buy a new pair of shoes - which will NOT be Buccaneers. Times are tough and struggling parents are relying on brands like yours to make good quality shoes. Sis on you!

So I guess I will have to rather take that money and go buy a new pair of shoes - which will NOT be Buccaneers. If I can give these shoes a SUB zero rating, I would. Bought them in January this year from Shoe City, and I had to repair these THREE times now. Today is the forth time. The quality is the worst I have ever seen and NOTHING is done about this! NEVER again!

I bought school shoes at Ackerman's every year for my kids last year it lasted 2 montjs and the friendly staff at Ackerman's Kenilworth centre exchange it 2022 I bought again this pair lasted four months I called them o Send emails and still waiting on the new pair every time they asked me for the slip and pics which is send thrice Peter lottering call an tell me he was very busy and that was two months ago I even left the shoes at we orl making it iessier for their drives no calls nov email not even follow up I will rather spend my money at Woolworths that have the best customer service I grew up with nacneers school shoes and I sticked with is but now Banca eers school shoes is rubbish
