Very poor quality and very disappointing. I bought a pair of girl shoes in January and the straps and buckles are broken!! So one pair lasts only 10 months?
If there was a zero rating, this a zero is exactly what they will be getting. So these guys back in 2022 brought one container to our site. Thereafter just decided to deliver and on top of all deliver whatever totals they feel like. Not to mention the extravagant pricing!! 10Lt @ R990 then June this year they 'up" there ****ming and decide to send x2 25L producuts at R2475!! Without any order request nor any documented agreement. Not to mention they do not deal with the buyers or the manager of the dept, they just decided who is the next lower down employee to target and use them as reference to deliver stock without prior agreement. THEN, BEST OF ALL the Rude, forceful Sales guy Jayson. He is rude, no sense of customer service, no sense of procedures and then he still wants to back chat and lack overall professionalism when asked questions. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS. Come talk nonsense of a telesales , introductory pack, what nonsense is that!! To me you send info via email and i want to agree to receiving stock, not forced to our site!!!
So I resigned from my job,immediately submitted by docs for monies to be paid out but nothing,no one answer the phones or emails. I am not privilege enough to have excess monies to pay my bond and living costs. Why on earth so I need to wait for 2months to get monies paid out,or shall I come stay at the NBC HO when the bank take my house. I worked hard and endured alot of **** for you to still take your sweet time with my monies. I was not fired ,I resigned,there was a month before I left this could have been processed but noooooo nothing,you suck. I will never invest Or reinvest or recommend anyone to invest monies into NBC.
<p>about 3 years ago I experienced endless problems with dstv,debiting my account twice a month and also connection problems due to upgrades they either did not do or irrwgular billing,i eventually stopped the debits and paid via eft by using the dstv app. I started experiwncing problems with them in July again,stating I am owing them money,but on their advise I installed the dstv app on my phone to regularly check the amount due to pay. In july the disconnected my service due to a mistake made in 2014,so they decides to make me pay for thwir mistake by diaconnecting me. It was eventially rectified and they reinstated my service. In Aug I paid r550 for premiun of which I was fully aware of the total due by the end of Aug, Both the tv and app showed I need to pay the amount of R959 of which I paid R970 into their account. now after months they give me a long explanation of reversals etc but never have I been informed of the apparent reversals,though im not on debit order to have any reversals,they adament about reversals,costing me to go to my bank and check where I had been credited with money im not aware of!! a few months ago!! yet they feel that I need to pay almost R2000 for a month of su scriptions for the lqck of them informing me of discrenpcies and not being accomodative at all,they jyst a rip off and try finding ways to stewl.money from customers</p>
