Worst service ever. After sending documents through that was requested to switch the account to my husband's name 1 April 2025, it is still not done. E George was ccd in all correspondence. They switched of my account twice after payments have been made. Trying to contact them on live chat, no agents available. Try calling them 18:40, no one is answering, even though it states that customer service is available up until 20:00. Who was supposed to do the name change? Why is thr debit order not going through? Now it's this time in the evening without any wifi, and no one to assist herein. I have never experienced such bad service in my life.
Placed an order on 30 September and made full payment for delivery. Please note that the delivery fee was half of the purchase price of the shoes so that the parcel can be delivered asap. Carmelita from buc****e is just not responding to my emails anymore. Is this a ****????
This is the worst money making shame ever. First I have submitted a complaint about my samsung washing machine, then after numerous followups, eventually they came back to me saying the parts are discontinued and brought back the washing machine, we found the part, fixed the machine ourselves, and sold the unit. Then I logged a matter for a LG machine, and again the parts are discontinued. I mean seriously.
I recently purchased the transfer proof foundation, and it actually burned myself skin so badly that I am peeling. My agent is amazing and trying everything ro help me. But head office is just pulling up shoulders saying it's my skincare routine, hormones or medication. I do not use medication, no hormone problem and I haven't changed my skincare since 2007. Prior to mooiste meisie my skin was perfect, even though I have used their Matt foundation. But using the transfer proof once, it was just a very painful experience, burning,redness, excess oil and makeup separation. I have sent through all pictures to my agent, and Head office is just not concerned. This is really very sad to know that their clients actually means nothing to them.

Very upsetting. Planet fitness closed down my mother gym, without prior notice, and still deducted money via debit order. After I canceled my membership, the harass me that I have outstanding debt with them. While that are in breach of contract, they should refund me my monies, but instead they hand me over for debt collecting. This is pathetic and humiliating
Good day. I am very upset. After a life threatening experience with pre mature labour, affinity refuses to pay any medical fees. This is inhumane.
