Fund appointed Marara pharmacy which is impossible to contact, contacting bonitas you get auto reply and no resolution
Complaint raised regarding non delivery of urgent medication and bonitas representative informed me issue is resolved with their preferred service provider. Been a week now, I have only seen a claim still No delivery. This is fully Bonitasis fault to appoint sub standard provider
Non delivery of urgent script even 4 days after complaining . Just a mere call no action.
I have a problem with your phone options and delivery service contracted to marara pharmacy both not customer service orientated and unhelpful.
No response to urgent matters, email on auto-reply.How did marara get awarded delivery contract with such poor customer service
Worse service, no response to emails and website user unfriendly
Contract was already on month to month basis. Canceled 3months ago and Telkom is still charging me
