Shocking support from Bolt. One of their drivers was involved in a ****. The person that came to collect the item, knew it was a **** and didn't have the kindness to let me know or not take the item for the person who ****med me. I reached out to support with the drivers details to inform them that one of their drivers was involved only for them to tell me they can't assist with anything and the police must reach out. They wouldn't reprimand the driver for his involvement or anything. Such dishonest and ************* drivers with no consequences for their actions. Unbelievable.
After waiting 15 days for a reply on a ***** case that I opened within 24 hours of the incident happening, Capitec let me know that because the funds were used, they cannot recover any funds. For a bank to not have any help in place for their clients subject to this happening - is absolutely shocking. I lost alot of money due to this. I was told I could take it to Small Claims Court but I do not have the finance to do so, nor should I have to do this when my bank should be having my back as money is trusted in their accounts. I'm now needing to go to the ombudsman or anyone else that can assist properly in getting my money back as this was not good service.

**** company, they will ask you for money upfront and tell you there is no other fees, only to tell you to pay additional thousands of rands to "transfer" the money that will never come. Absolute ****mers. Please do not support or send money to them upfront. They are also not registered.
This is my second time having *****ulent activity on my account. I open a police case and contacted the *****ulent department to report that my entire account had been emptied by a **** loan company, AGAIN, even after changing my details with the bank. The ***** department then let me know that because the third party already used the money, they cannot refund it. This is horrible service for customers. People trust their money will be safe and secured when it isn't and then do not even try to help resolve the problem or do the proper investigation on a matter.
I bought a keyboard that was defective. Batteries were not correctly listed on the website, it said wireless but there was a USB port with no cable and the item glitched with my computer even though it stated universal, and I got refunded to store credit because I used a birthday promo they had. I contacted customer service, spoke to Lance, Hazel (who was raising her voice at me on the phone as well) and Cleo, who all said the same thing that they cannot reverse it. But it shouldn't have been refunded that way to begin with. It's a defective item and none of them had escalated my issue. I spent more on my card, and I had logged the return for a refund immediately with this same explanation. What a waste of money and disgusting customer service from all of you. No empathy, no understanding, no customer satisfaction.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a key chain on the 22nd of April, I needed it for the 9th of May, I was told on their Whatsapp line I'll receive it by the 5th of May. I have still not received it and nothing after my shipment confirmation either. No one will get back to me agter countless messages and I have no item for what was meant for an anniversary. I would be embarrassed if I were you Idees Kreatives. People are trying to support local and here you are creating a bad name.

They had advertised All you can eat sushi for R149.00 per person. It was my one year anniversary with my partner and we thought we'd treat ourselves, as we never do, and go for sushi for a change. Only to get there and the price was R189.00 per person. After speaking to the waitress, she explained that price was from 4 years ago and they never updated the website. She wasn't accommodating, even after showing her the advert and we walked out very disappointed and obviously anniversary spoilt.
