Worst insurance company to get your medical insurance from. The claims are not paid as they say .you have to follow them letf and right for them to pay and mostly are not paid.they will give you the impression that they will take care of your claims but you end up spending more each time you visit a doctor, you must know later on the doctor will surprisely be after you looking for the money,while you thought the Unity Health have paid your medical bill.
This must by far be the worst company I have ever had to deal with ,they so professionally in collecting the premiums but they dont care about their customers needs and the agreement ,my the contract ended in Dec 2023 ,but still expecting me to pay the premium agreed at the end ,so i paid a buyout agreement and i want the confirmation that the item is paid up bought out and that they support to give me the confirmation slip or etc .but no response on it .informed me that I must wait for it.why should I wait for something I paid for?
Is a shame that there's still existing insurance company's like Meerkat, who take premiums off people working hard each every month. Then when you claim you realize your worst nightmare. If you are a special self-employed and insured by this company you really need to think about looking at your policy.I was told, they don't cover self-employed, while when I took the policy from Yalu it wasn't mentioned to me, on their terms and conditions. There don't care about your claim,it takes a month or over a month to answer your claim. They terminated my policy before there could even give me the feedback of my claim, just because I was filing a claim with them, Wish it was drama. Still not resolved. Then I'm called to ask for my premiums, wish I didn't cancel it. They did.. PLEASE CHECK YOUR POLICY, SPECIAL IF YOU WHERE INSURED BY YALU Before has there took all the clients and dumped them to this Meerkat company.
The cancelled the flight and I emailed to get my deposit,then lady said I can't be refunded cause my deposit was to little,if is too little I'm sure then the company can afford to refund me.so there rather make a voucher,what kind of nonsense is that?what else there gonna come up with at the later stage with the voucher thing?who can trust such service?
