My fiance took in her car on Thursday 8th December and experienced the worst customer service from a gentleman called Sherriff at the Menlyn branch who lacks problem solving skills and resulted in embarrassing my fiance in front of other customers by being rude and loud when all he had to do was call our service provider to smoothly resolve the issue we had.
The Atteridgeville branch charges its customers 10% for exchange and 20% for refunds, i feel this is a violation of the consumer act. I've sent proof of this to the consumer commission to investigate
I was activated for a decoder insurance without my consent, I'm struggling to get my money back as consultants are sending me from pillar to post, I'm about to open a fraud charge against whomever authorized the insurance, chances are a lot of people have been paying for the service without them knowing
