Disappointed in the manner in which my claim is handled have been emailing outstanding supporting documents for more than three times. It's over six months to process an insured cell phone
The company is incompetent, the cell phone contract expired in 2018, it still debits my account till today even after a countless cancelations. Their telephone lines quality is terrible and keeps hanging
