Stanleys were extremely helpful and efficient through out my move to the UK. The packers were very efficient and careful. I was kept updated and was assisted at all times until I received my furniture in the UK. I would recommend them.

Like many others that were left stranded by BA Air due to the flight in May being cancelled, I have never received a refund. Trying to contact them is useless. After numerous calls to their call centre,I have given up after the phone rings for 15 minutes without ever being answered. Like so many others, quick to take your money but never pay back. It is theft.
Could not believe how efficient this company is. They kept me up to date on the state of my purchase the whole time. I was very impressed.
I am having a problem with my online account. I have sent numerous e mails to their help portal with no response. I downloaded the app hoping it would be better. Instead I keep getting a message that there is a technical difficulty and so I follow all the prompts to resolve the issue. The App promises to resolve the issue within 3 working days. Still nothing. So I try phoning the help line. The phone just rings and rings with the usual " all our assistants are busy" message. So now I am using this forum in the hope that my year old problem can be be resolved. I can only hope and pray.
What an unhelpful rude consultant I had to deal with. She was totally dismissive and rude when I tried to inquire about an issue with my car maintenance plan. I truly hope to never deal with them again.
Useless. Dont waste your money on this internet provider. I wasted money buying a new router on the promise of unlimited data. I'm lucky if I get 0,2MPS.
