I am a second year student at mancosa, every time i would request my statement for my account to be paid...im left waiting for weeks. Guys why do i always have to escalate my queries to social media before they get attended to!? What is going on in your finance department????? Do you even have a finance department at this point ? SEND ME MY STATEMENT PLEASE I've been waiting since Monday !!
I usually don't have issues with zeropay however this time around I'm getting really frustrated with the service i have received . I returned a order for decofurn almost 3 weeks ago , and i am still waiting on my refund to be done , you are very quick to deducted my account but hesitant to give me my money back Im sitting here with a order i have paid for but its not even with me any more . Do better !! I want my refund .
I made a payment on Friday to settle my outstanding fees for my results to be released Today is Wednesday and my results is still not accessible , i am becoming really frustrated with MANCOSA and their accounts department they make promises that they cant keep . I have to keep calling Anitha hardeo for feedback on my payment to be allocated but she keeps giving me the run around and i am beyond fed up . I never had this issue before when i made payment only now when i am dealing with anitha . Can this be sorted out ASAP ?!?? I am paying so much money to your institution just to receive such lousy service . Contact me as soon as you can . Victoria janett .
Had a flat battery this morning and miway and the consultant called me within 2 mins to assist , the service is absolutely amazing

False advertising at its best, you were unable to beat my quote and promised to get back to me with claiming my 500 but after 3 weeks later still nothing from you guys.
