I suddenly have two new items on my credit report, listed as DPP: DECODER PAYMENT PLAN , each with an outstanding balance - and I have no idea what they are about - I pay monthly and I am up to date with payments. What are these and how do I sort this out?
Terrible customer liaison, they never answer their phone so issues can only be dealt with via email, and this comes with delays. Will be using other meal services from now on.
