DPP: DECODER PAYMENT PLAN
I suddenly have two new items on my credit report, listed as DPP: DECODER PAYMENT PLAN , each with an outstanding balance - and I have no idea what they are about - I pay monthly and I am up to date with payments. What are these and how do I sort this out?

Why post a tel number if it's never answered?
Terrible customer liaison, they never answer their phone so issues can only be dealt with via email, and this comes with delays. Will be using other meal services from now on.

Perfect personal service - thank you.
My entire experience with Complete Nursing was amazing. Rhona was so helpful and caring, and really assisted me and my family during a very difficult time. The carers Linda and Viola were also phenomenal. They were professional, caring, reliable, and I cannot describe how important it was to have their support and the support of Rhona. I cannot even begin to think what might have happened had I not come across Complete Nursing, as without everybody concerned things would have been unmanageable. Thank you all, and I will be sure to tell anybody in the market for nursing care about your business.
