HARRASMENT THROUGH AND THROUGH!!! keep contacting me about an account that's not even mine, and the person is not connected to me. You repeat yourself a million times yet they don't remove your details, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! Some advice: maybe contact the correct people and you could have a better closing rate on what ever your call centre is trying to get to!!
I had a tracking unit installed in 2019 and my vehicle and the vehicle was stolen. After explaining numerous times eventually got the contract cancelled. They now after 2 years somehow think it is appropriate to debit my account with no approval from me and when you try and get hold of their accounts department it takes 5 different numbers still with no one to talk to or assistance from anyone. I would appreciate if someone can contact me, as clearly my call is not of importance, but taking my money is.
I don't know how clientele gets their leads to contact people, but please, maybe try and contact people who is actually interested in your business? I never gave them my contact details and I get spam phone calls EVERY SINGLE DAY, even after contacting them 5 times to delete me off their system as its the most annoying thing ever, and being promised over and over that it has been done... it seems not... Clientelle you are a thorn in my side.
Last year in October (2019) one of their trucks reversed into my vehicle in a roadworthy queue 10 min after I fetched my vehicle I just bought in the area. The assistance and service I received from the company to fix the damage to my vehicle is absolutely appalling. If I don't phone them, I don't exist. It took me till May this year to get them to respond to a invoice where eventually I had to go and get my vehicle fixed myself and pay for it. Then they confirmed the repairs with internal staff and sends a release form on which they then decide to withdraw the amount and then offer me less than a 3rd of what I am owed for fixing my vehicle due to it being over 5 months since the accident, not thinking maybe its due to their lack of communication and effort to assist people. Then they wanted proof of payment which they received 3 weeks ago and now they went missing in action again. I find it shocking that a corporate company like this can treat people like this and feel its acceptable. With a slogan saying "here to serve" I find it rather ironic.
