Hi i bought a dress from Zando the brand , Yemlays . The picture looked nothing like what was delivered. The dress on the picture shows a flowy loose viscose looking dress. The moment I opened the package I was disappointed, the dress smelled like cheap plastic and was a straight cut cheap lycra fabric nothing at all like the picture. I obviously returned it and then i was called by a sales lady saying that it will be sent back to me due to make up stains. I told her that I did not even fit on this dress as it was smelling cheap and fabric was cheap. I was told that someone else would call me, but it was actually returned to me . I am so upset and LIVID and ANGRY because this dress is nothing like the picture. This is false advertising . I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ZANDO AGAIN!!!

I ordered online from Tilevera the decal tiles. I then tried to change my order from a pack of 12 to a pack of 24. I had bought 10 packs of 12. When in fact I wanted to buy packs of 24. There is a big price difference between the 2, I do not understand why, its really unethical if you ask me, its like they want to scam people any ways I then said I will purchase mores decals then they can just add the extra into my new cart...they refused see messages below This is my message: Yes it was delivered yesterday and is unopened. All I'm asking for is that you add my additional decals in the new order. My original order was 10 packs of 12. I actually wanted 7 packs of 24. In my rush to orderi forget to click the tab of packs of 24. Which means that I got 48 tiles less than I was supposed to. Is it possible for you to add my new decals in the new order...this way you don't have to pay additional delivery costs... I bought items online, I collected them at Northgate cape Town. There was no stock of the Karcher steam cleaner sc4 but I was told that it will be delivered. This was in the 13 November 2020. I phoned them in the 30 November because it was supposed to be delivered that day. It wasn't. I was then told that it will be delivered òn 4 December. This didn't happen. I was then told the 18th December that it will be delivered. I went online today 15 December and it was canceled . I phoned and was told that there is no stock. How can you sell something that is not in stock. Nobody had the decency to ph me and let me know what happened. I am so angry because I waited for over a month only to be told its canceled. I phoned so many times and spent so much time and energy to get my item. Now I'm told ill get a refund in 3 days....I don't want a refund i want my karcher.
I ordered quite a few items after 3 weeks there was still no delivery. The delivery eventually came 1month later but a few items was out if stock. I was then told that i would get another item or refund I said that I wanted a refund. Another 2weeks later I got the item but it was advertised as a 400watt hairdryer but its so slow its not it even a 1200watt hairdryer. I want a refund became this hairdryer that i waited almost 2months to be delivered is a piece of ****. My travel hairdryer is much faster which is half the size.
