SCAMMERS AND LIERS
They lied saying my loan is approved and I should accept a Debi check for the monthly payment of the loan they debited me twice different amounts but I never ever received the loan when calling they make up excuses or say they have refunded me but I never got the money when I call they hang up and lie they management is in a meeting or they guy I want is gone out they will call me back but they don't it's been 7 day nothing I have now opened a case against them at the phoenix plaza police station and capitec bank so if theys anyone who has the same issue nor problem please contact me on this number 0789319592 the more victims and opened cases we have the better its time we stop them now this is our hard earned monies.

Please do not take up a loan with these people they are scammers they prey on innocent people they call them self Veronica they is no person by that name they are foreigners try calling they number yourl will hear a man answer they have scammed me u don't want them to do the same to you guys they buy people to write only good reviews I was fooled and paid them 1900 they sent me a fake confirmation of payment the bank verified its not true I have all the evidence even opened up a case of which the police are following don't not I repeat do not apply with these scammers

Pethetic horrible service
Please stay away from this site they service is pethetic they dont even deserve a 1 star rating....been tryng to change my number since last week it says account blocked when i contact live chat they put me on a queue for a full week it saying queueng position 7 for an entire day and it doesnt go down i finally got through to an agent who is Hayleigh L then she asked me to confirm my details when i did she said she can not assist further account not found how is it not found because the exact details that is showing on my account details on the site is the exact one i gave her these guys just dont want to ****** work i don't even recieve my bonuses when i deposit sies people stay away from Spin24/7 horrible service

Pethetic poor service
Pethetic service been trying to call the delivery number 0860764663 from 9 am its now 12:48 pm there is no answer the phone just keeps ringing non stop then goes straight to voice mail i then called kfc acroplis mall phoenix for about 20 mins a lady answers and tells me they is no delivery guy available i must leave my number they will call me back when the driver arrives 2 hours has passed still no phone call from them so they have only one delivery guy working who disappeares almost the entire day has for the other kfc which is a drive thru in the phoenix plaza pathenon street they just never answer they telephone ****** poor service all the damn time its very fustrating has a customer they should just cancel they delivery services because its very poor they don't deliver they dont even deserve a 1 star rating sies!

Absolutely poor services very bad at treating customers they need 0 star rating.
Hollywood is pathetic i wont lie people dont even waste your time and money iv been topping up and playing but everytime i want to withdraw they ask for fica documents i sent it to them Last Year and they never replied yesturday (27-03-2021) i won again when i wanted to withdraw my winnings i couldn't i then used facebook messenger and told them about my query they asked for my cell phone number they then told me that the following document which is my proof of address was not clear so it basically took them a year to inform me that only and that was only after querying with them again i then sent them my truworths acc. letter has proof of address they told me it not clear i wasted money went to an internet cafe and scanned the document then sent it to them again which was crystal clear after an hour they told i cant use that has proof of address can u believe the nerve could they not tell me that the 1st time around they said its not clear i went to the bank mind you i paid money to get there an got a bank statment scanned it and sent it twice it again it was very clear with all 4 corners showing and every single writting on the page was super clear yet the agent tells me its still not clear i wish i was given an option to share the documents here for you guys to see how clear it is they just dont want to ****** pay us our winnings they too lazy to work always sending the same message over an over again its very frustrating because its my money that i used o wasted even more money trying to sort out these fica documents people always complain about hollywoodbets and how they scam and rob people of they winnings and its true they dont give a damn about they customers all they care about is money nothing else they services a damn pathetic no care whatsoever please warn yourls loved ones not to join hollywoodbets they will regret every second of it.

I Just applied for a new lewis account it was approved a lady called me to bring my bank statement and ID at Lewis at Durban west street i did so she was helpfull at the beginning probably because she needed the sale no she is off no use not replyng and ignoring calls it took about 4 days for the deal to approve she kept on calling for us to come in store it has approved we took a TV and a Radio she at first forced us to take a bigger tv after we refused she ddnt want to help us much we fulled in the paperwork even paid a deposit of R950 we were informed that they will deliver later that day when asked if can we not take the staff with us they refused saying they still have to take out a picture of the car an me we spent almost the entire day in the store also waitng for the delivery guys to come back and take out a picture of the day we got fed up and left they then told us they will call wen the guys come back from delivering 1 microwave which took them hours to deliver the next day they didint bother calling yet i told them i have to go work can they call in the morning i ddnt go work the entire day waiting for them i called asking to cancell they was rude towards me few minutes after that the delivery guys called and asked me to come to bester told them i dont have petrol to waste i waited the entire day for them to deliver and all they could say is they want to take out a picture then go back to the store to get my staff later on i called the lady telling her i am around town should i come through for a Picture she was rude and said u said i want to cancell come and cancell although its a long process i then met with the delivery guys in town they took out a picture and said first thing in the morning they will deliver again i took a few hours off from work and waited because i stay alone they did not show up i ended up calling still no delivery and its ****** day 3 yet no delivery url say its same day delivery thats **** lieying to the customers i wouldn't recommemd lewis durban to even my worst enemy they got no care whatsoever they forget that we pay our money yet they treat us like ****! All i want now is my money and for them to cancell this whole thing i am definitly going to report them further

Very ridiculous service
Very very bad I really wish I could give hollywoodbets 0 ratings they don't care about they customers at all. All they care about is taking our money and robbing us I have been playing this lucky six numerous times and I have been winning different amounts of R1,R2, R4 and R27 yet my sister played with the same amount yet she won R1500 why the payouts are not the same yet we bet with the same amount inboxes hollywoodbet on Facebook on the 12 of July and they asked me to send ticket numbers and screenshots of mines and my sister showing different payout nd amount played with I did that they told me "Please note that we have escalated your query to the relevant department for assistance. We will get back to you with feedback. " and then they go all silent for a week when I message them again they tell me the same thing "Hi, We apologize for the delay. Please note that our developers are still looking into the issue. We will get back to you with the feedback. Thank you- Ntobeko Z.... I think I received the same text about 4 times I have got proof even screenshot the entire convo this is ridiculous its our money that we use... People need to know exactly how hollywoodbets treats its customers I am definitely going to report this further even post the entire convo on all social networks people need to know so they don't end up being robbed of they hard earned money!!!
