The lady by the name of Tshilidzi was serving me wine, she poured the wine without allowing me to taste this new one wine. I happened to not like the wine and I asked her to exchange it, she said she thought I knew the wine because I called it out without looking into the menu hence she did not allow me to taste it. I asked her to exchange it, she told me the in-house would not agreed as I had already ordered. I asked her to call me her manager, she said the manager also does not agree and the manager is refusing to come see me. Then said she will ask the other manager and she started avoiding me. When the manager came, he took the glass of wine and left. Later the waitress(Tshilidzi) was serving me started mumbling saying she is not going to pay for the wine she did not drink.
I took my son to the dentist there today, there was an Indian lady who seemed to be the Dr's assistant. She was soo rude to me, when I asked her questions she got irritated would rudely answer me then then went back to be on her phone as it seems she was on tiktok..
The guy who gave me a ride took of with my R153.00 change, saying he is going to get change. He started ignoring my calls and dropping them.
I had a sleep masters account which has been settled and they keep on calling me regarding it. When I mention that I have settled the account and ask them to send me and email so I can forward my paid up letter, they keep hanging up on my ear. I have a Bradlows account handed over to them, I have asked for a settlement amount but they fail to give me because they have not allocated my last payment. I'm being delayed for 3 weeks now.
I have called several times asking for a settlement letter after making a debit order arrangement to settle my account. The amount was not debited and a settlement letter was not received. I made an EFT payment and sent the proof of payment vis whatsapp as I was given the banking details via WhatsApp. It has been a week of trying to ask them to allocate my payment and they say payments takes a long time to get updated
I have been wanting to settle my account and no body can assist me, they keep sending me invalid numbers to call
