Complain: Extremely BAD customer service by Moloko Motaota at Laduma Bochum
Yesterday, 2024/04/14, I was at Laduma Hardware Bochum to exchange the putty because it was old and dry. The guy by the name of Sidney Moloko 'Bibo' Motaota was rude and told me he CANNOTexchange it because it is open and not full. He was arrogant and sounded like he never attented a customer service session in his life. He claim the Laduma head office staff knows him and there is nothing they can. After talking to other guys at the shop they wanted to replace it but ALL of they were dry. The question is how many people get the same product and cannot return them due to transport cost involved? I belived he is does not deserve to serve your customers, his attidute stinks and does not deserve to work with people. The people of Blouberg deserve much better service than was I experienced there. As long as he still work there I don't think I and people in my circle will step in your shop. He thinks he owns it.

Chick wings for townships
Chicken Licken Birch Acres' chicken wings are too small you might think the chicken were on hunger strike. I had to return them and the manager there said it is the supplier's fault and the only option he has it to refund me. There is a difference between a chicken and a chick. Maybe they should be called chick wings. I guess there is standard the supplier has to meet. We can survive Without eating chick wings. Very disappointing!

Very bad service
They claim to have resolved my issue (1852134) but they credited my account and the same amount was debited a week later. I can't get hold of them and they are not responding to my email.
