Refund
I am still waiting for my refund from doing an online order which i never received on the 3rd of February and they send me an email on the 6th telling me they will refund but still nothing till today

No network coverage but i paid the full amount.
I wouldn't advise people to use rain network. Take it from someone who has been with them for a year now. Rain is a scam. For this I've paid an amount of R475 with no network coverage. This is my 3rd review now. They don't respond to their emails.

No network for a weeks now since i made payments
I wrote a review few days ago. It has been a week of nothing but email after email. Twitter messages and inboxes. I even logged in a complain on your website. But guess what nothing fruitful. I'm not fuming because of your useless network but that because i paid a whole R475 for a network that's not even working. It has been a week since i made payments but no network. I don't want you guys to get to the bottom this because i know very well you won't. I just want my money back and thereafter you can deactivate this useless sim card of yours that has got no network. I want my money back. You guys are cruel. I wouldn't advise someone to use this pathetic network. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.!!

Bad network
It has been 2 months of bad network ever since a started using Rain a year ago. It has nothing to do with coverage. Thier network sucks period.! They have lost 10 clients in my location because of this. Not to mention that they never reply emails.

Monthly package
After almost 6 months of them debit my account without actually loading my monthly package being that data and minutes, they did not debit this month.

No monthly package being received by myself but their debit order goes through every month.
I applied for a cellphone contract( a two year contract) last year around August and i only received my phone in December. What happens is usually on the 5th of every month I'd get my monthly package, airtime and data. But ever since April my contract sim card stopped working and I've been trying to get hold of them but nothing. Their landline rings till it takes me to voicemail and for them it's business as usual as their debit order goes through every month.
