This is not a loan company they look around for a loan for you and take 20% of the loan you get. I had to drive all the way to their offices because they don't do online loans just to drive 30km with a complete different story. I honestly don't know how people can rate this companywitj 5 stars. Please beware
I have been with supersonic for a while now . A few months ago they sent me an invoice of R899 whereas my subscription is R699 . The address on the unknown R899 had a different address to mine . I called the accounts department and queried my account. They admitted it was an error and I should ignore it . Now I receive an invoice with my address with an arrear amount of R899 . How pathetic to overcharge me
Please stay away this company will give you so much grief .They are so unprofessional untrained and arrogant. Worst ISP ever .
Hi I called supersonic call centre accounts at the beginning of September to enquire the amount due as I wanted to pay via eft . I was told I owe the current only which is R699 and everything will be up to date . I paid via eft and sent the proof of payment as requested . My internet fiber stopped working on Friday 02 October so I called supersonic to enquire . I was told that there a problem in my area and should be resolved within an hour . I went out came home 3 hours later the internet was still off . I called again to be told it's a fiber problem and the service provider vuma will call me in a few minutes . I waited more than one hour and called supersonic again. I now told that my account is suspended and needed to pay . I then enquired will I be connected after pay . I was told yes all I have to do is email proof of payment and I will be reconnected. I sent the proof of payment . I called supersonic to tell them I paid and the proof of payment sent as requested and if I could please get reconnected as promised. She was rude by telling me " I am sorry we dont work this way we need to notify another department " and just drops the call . It has costed me R480 airtime and R550 in data because of supersonic unprofessional untrained and useless staff . Please listen to our voice recordings and you will know how wrong your team are . I was with Nepic with no problems . Tyron Singh SO123708 . I am disappointed . I paid almost R3000 at one shot for my account . I spent almost another R1000 in data and airtime . Please resolve and reimburse me .
I took my car for a major service at car care clinic boksburg I left my car there and after an hour the manager micheal called and told me there were many problems on my Hyundai getz and it will be 30k to repair . I told him to just do the major service which was 1695 . When went to collect my car , I asked for the diagnostic report and "Micheal " told me that he was offline and could not do the diagnostic test ....which was part of the test and I paid for it . I took my car to Hyundai agent and the same repairs the guys charged me 9500 .
