During early 2023 a data contract with modem expired and I phoned Vodacom Customer Care to terminate the contract. This was done within the prescribed time and I was assured that the contract has been terminated and that I would receive a confirmation email. None of this has happened and instead I was placed on a 5Gig data per month at around R90 pm. Too date I have not used any of this. All of this without my permission. Several calls to Customer Care was to no avail. They want me to go to a Vodashop and pay a cancellation fee. I just received an SMS stating that my Promotional My Gig 5 for 24 months has been activated - again something I have not app**** for or granted permission for. I believe that I am not the only person with this problem. In my opinion, this is utterly dishonest and ********* business conduct from Vodacom. The number in question is 072 963 4717.

Constant de Wit - Fraudster and Scammer
On 2 Nov 22 I paid a deposit for the construction of a composite deck. For 7 weeks Constant de Wit was telling all sort of lies and b********, but never got to the job. On 23 Dec he declared that he could not procure material, as the supplier closed down for the year. He reluctantly offered to return the deposit, but too date nothing was forthcoming. He is not afraid to commit in writing and then ignore the commitment. This liar and fraudster conveniently secure interest free loans in this way. I am not the only one to whom he has done that. Please be aware of this scammer, liar and fraudster. Constant de Wit does not have any integrity and will steal your money.

CONSTANT DE WIT: FRAUDSTER AND SCAMMER
The intention with this review is not to bad mouth Local Pros, but to address the unethical business conduct of a contractor introduced to clients. During late Oct 22, I contacted the number of Decking Pros Centurion, as I had a requirement to construct a composite deck. I was called back by Constant de Wit from Ice Projects and Construction. I received his quotation and after confirming his company details at the Registrar for Companies, I payed the required deposit on 2 Nov 22. He indicated that work would commence in 2 weeks. 7 Weeks of lies and b******* followed, but no work was performed. Eventually on 23 Dec 22, he informed me that he misjudged his timing and the company supplying the required material has closed for the festive season. All this after he confirmed earlier in the same week that he had all the material and would construct my deck "before Christmas". He then reluctantly offered to return my deposit. Since the promise, two target dates have passed and he know promises to pay by end Jan 23. That will imply that he has my money for 3 months and he thus secured himself a convenient, interest free loan. This individual is a blatant liar and fraudster. Please do not ever consider this contractor. Should Local Pros utilize this company any further, it will not reflect well on their current positive image.

Outstanding Service
I have recently sold my almost new car through Weelee. The service was outstanding and I have to thank Nick from Weelee for his dedication and effort. My car sold for a very good prize and I can definitely recommend Weelee.
