Service from client support consultant Bianca Saaiman was swift and satisfactory, and resolved my issue. She gets a solid 5 stars. However, and this is not a reflection on the specific consultant, I'm not overly impressed by 10x overall as no communication/response follows the use of the contact forms online, only receiving feedback when emailing client support directly (an email address which I cannot find on the website and only had due to previous interactions).
This is a warning to everyone thing of buying anything off this site. If this is removed then hellopeter is doing consumers a disservice. This is a *******. They can try and remove this and claim "unfounded" or "unproven" allegations. I put forth the following: Exhibit A - No product. Exhibit B - No refund. Exhibit C - No communication Exhibit D - More than 7 months after order and payment. I think the evidence is overwhelmingly against these *******.m.e.r.s.
Unfortunate that it is impossible to select zero stars or even go into the negative. Takes forever and a day to deliver your product. Website description is misleading, though on a very technically broadly interpreted kind of way true... After sales is a nightmare on a good day... Customer service should be renamed and "service" replaced with "torture". If you are lucky enough to get a response, it is painfully slow. Their responses tend to contradict themselves. One week you are told the product "is currently being tested by the supplier" and 2 weeks later (and only after prodding I might add) you are told that because of delays in deliveries and collections the product still needs to be tested. How can these statements both be true at the same time? There is no way that this company should be allowed to still operate. They don't care about their customers, they don't care about fulfilling their promises, and they have the cheek to still want to charge you for refunding you for a defective product that they supp**** in that state to you. I highly recommend everyone stay far away from this company. Purchase nothing from them. You have been warned.
They are effectively uncontactable. (I am not the only one experiencing this - multiple reviewers having the same issue) The only responses are auto-replies stating acknowledgement of receipt and that someone will send you "a personal response". As you may well guess, this is where responses stop. However, if you contact them on a weekend you'll be the luck recipient of 2 auto-replies, the first as described previously and the second stating that no one can help you over a weekend but someone will respond during business hours. I guess "someone" doesn't work there anymore and they haven't been able to find a replacement... Times are tough I guess. I have yet to receive any non-automated response to any of my queries. I have yet to receive all the products I ordered. (It has been 6+ weeks now.) They have gone ahead and marked my order as having been fulfilled, even though it has not. So I paid for for goods I have not received and it is past the stated expected delivery window. Thus I cannot recommend against this "business"/"company" enough and would urge anyone to find an alternate business to purchase from unless you are keen have this experience yourself. Sincerely, 1 star is overly generous.

It is unfortunate that one cannot rate lower than 1 star, because the 1 star is already infinitely higher than these scammers deserve. Generic auto-replies is the best you can expect, if anything. No updates, no contact, no response. Most importantly, whatever you ordered you'll likely never see unless you go and buy it from somewhere else. Give these assholes a wide berth - they'll just run off with your money and never look back.
Happy with my purchase. Pricing was fair, delivery was within the time specified. Response times not exceptional, but pretty good compared to the likes of Takealot. Point to improve: Send delivery updates and tracking information. Only got an update and tracking info upon further inquiry.
Would go negative 5 stars if possible. Thieves and scam artists. Don't supply what you ordered, weeks of excuses, unreasonably long refunds processing time. Reports are they closed down now. So that's 3 grand down the tubes.
Incompetent and lying, cheating swine. They lose your stuff, make promises they don't keep and act like you're the problem when you've given them a month to get their sh*t together. Then they also have the audacity to censor negative reviews... I'd rather overpay elsewhere than use these shysters again.
If it were possible I would rate negative 5 stars. Unfortunately the lowest we are allowed is 1 star it seems, which is actually a very generous score with all things considered. I have been trying contact and illicit a response from Virgin Active for the last 2 months since I want to cancel my contract. It has now been far in excess of 700 earth hours since I was promised to be contacted within 24 hours by a "friendly consultant". (I specify earth hours since I can only presume Virgin Active's definition of a hour must be vested in an alternate reality) I am yet to be contacted by anyone from Virgin Active, friendly or unfriendly. In all likelihood avenues for contacting them is intentionally limited to non-existent because they are ****holes who try to make their customers' lives as difficult as possible and inquiries as unpleasant and annoying as possible. Customer service is non-existent - probably could be more aptly called customer disservice... But then, probably, Virgin Active defines "customer service" as the customer servicing it rather than the other way around. Virgin Active, you suck - I will always actively deter anyone I know from taking out a membership with you. You cannot buy me back even if you were handing out gold bars.
