I would like to lodge a complaint with ABSA iDirect Car Insurance. Today, I am shocked because my monthly installment for car insurance is supposed to be R1098.09. However, when I woke up this morning, to my surprise, ABSA deducted R1533.31. What kind of increase is this? The cost of living is already very high in South Africa.
I have car insurance with Idirect I was paying R1190 until October 2022, November I was surprised when they deducted R1307.33, now I just got sms saying for January they will deduct R1423.94 , I don't understand why Idirect they are increasing my insurance car insurance monthly? I called them they can't even explain, I'm currently under debts review where will get these monthly increase?
Good Evening I want to lodge complaint against the absa Idirect Assessor who was assisting me with a courtesy car, on the 30th of August 2022 I received a call from Junette Struwig saying that she will be assisting me with a courtesy car, and she also said that she had sent me her contact details and the code via sms that I will be providing them whenever I'm requesting for extension for a courtesy car, then on the 13th of September I call her but the number that she has provided me with on the sms is invalid 0861000774 then I decided to check my call records one by one until I managed to get the number that she has used to call me on the 30th of August 2022, then I call her and she extended the car, but Tuesday 20th of September 2022,I received an sms that says she extended the car for 2 days, and the very same day I decided to go an check the progress on my car, when I arrived in Jock's autobody I find out that they've made a mistake and scratches the left bumper near left fender when they were polishing the left fender, then Richard from Jock's Autobody said mam don't worry will fix it and your car will be ready for collection by Friday 23 September 2022, 16:00 pm, so on Thursday I decided to go an check my car again and I find that they're busy painting my car this time they've made a mistake on the left fender, I called Junette's office to say please extend the car cause tomorrow morning I'm going to work and also this weekend I must attend to something urgently then her office told me that Junette is not available but they will only extend the courtesy car for 1 day because Jock's Autobody told them that my car will be ready for collections by Friday 23 September 2022 16:00 pm, meaning I must return the courtesy car by Saturday morning 8:23am. I'm very much disappointed😢😢😢 So Friday I went to Jock's autobody for collection at 15:00 pm I waited for my car for 2 hours because they were still busy romoving the polish until their employees started knocking off duty, then Richard took me to show me my car I think it was 16:45 pm, now they've made another 2 scratches on the right side, my car is dirty with alots of white polish reflecting in car, I have never seen my car so dity since I bought it, now Junette's office (Assessor) is nowhere to be found because it was after 17:00 pm and I won't have car on weekends, then Richards from Jock's autobody said you can take your car and return it to us for fixing of the two scratches since you don't have the courtesy car for (weekend) , He then wrote the paper saying that they will fix all the scratches they've made, as I was waiting for Richard's to finishes writing, I realised that the left bumper next to the left fender is not joined properly and I also saw some white color reflecting on the corner of the bumper and imagine the color of my car is red and black, on Saturday morning I took the car to car wash because it was dirty and they wash my car again we realized that there are lots of white polish and nh all polish can only be removed by jocks autobody, and Sunday I just discovered that my car cannot censor my car keys anymore, I even tried the spare key it doesn't work, meaning the censor is disconnected from the car. I want absa to assist me an send a professional assessor like Shane Davies who once assisted me with the simpler issues some years back, he's contact details is 011 501 6728, I will be happy if I can be assisted by him or someone who treat people with respect and dedicated to he's job like him, I want the assessor to check my car when I'm handing it back to Jock's autobody so that they can see everything that I've said and again I also want the assessor to be present when I'm collecting my car so that the assessor can see what Jock's autobody is doing to our car, I have realized that they don't take their work seriously cause some of the cars that were collected in my prese customers were complaining and even the review on their website are worse but I'm surprised to learn that ABSA Idirect are sending us there, please assist me my haval looks horrible. I'm not happy at all. They are failing to fix minor issues. I'm even afraid that they will continue causing more damages if the assessor does not come an intervene.. NB: please note that I've been begging Junette Struwig (Assessor) to go an check the progress on my car, because she use to give me hard times when requesting for Car extension.
Good Day Since I've lodged my claim on the 5 August 2022, I've never received any call for the person who is dealing with my claim, I only received SMS that says "Good day Mr/s Vukeya, your claim was allocated to Terence Morgan. Current Status: Validation, Period: 7-10 working days. Regards Absa Insurance " Angain I received the SMS saying the lawyers want the information of the Third Party and I don't understand why? Then I decided to written and email to lawyers explaining everything, I will attach the email below. Today I received another sms saying that my claim was abondend why I don't understand. Please may you kindly assist me urgently.
Good Day Im very much angry with National Debt advisors cause they are collecting my money every month but they've stop paying Direct Axis and Wesbank is been two months now, I'm asking myself what happen to the money that I'm paying National Debts Advisor every month for my debts? Now Direct Axis and Wesbank they have handed me to hpd, and I'm receiving calls every hour from hpd asking for their money. I want National Debts Advisor to settle the two outstanding payments as soon as possible.
I bought airtime for R160 on the 4th of October through Capitec App, but lve never received it till today, they told me to wait for 24 hrs but still I haven't received anything, I just need my money back, please I've wasted alot of airtime calling them to resolve this issue but they are falling to resolve it.
Today I received a call from home choice debt collectors saying that I’m owing home choice the sum of R10 000, and according to them the account was opened this year 2021 January, and the last time I bought something from home choice was 2014 and the account was settled within 3 months because unfair treated, and I’ve made a vow to myself that I will never ever buy anything from home choice. I decided to call home choice head office and checked with them, and I was told that they can see that the payslip is fraudulent and the cell number that was used to commit this fraud is registered as pep savings when checked on true caller, the only thing that is true is my ID number cause they have it from my previous order. I want home choice to clear my name because now they have ruined my credit record, they must seriously investigate their staff. I would never recommend Homechoice to anyone. There is clearly someone from home choice using my previous details to make purchases. Home Choice seems to be associated with a lots of fraud. Please clear my name
Bad Service and Bad attitude from Eldon Auto body, Shaun's boss he's unprofessional, he treat clients like trash, I went to collect my car that was towed by them for repair, on my arrival i found my car with scratches that was not there when they collected it, and they dont want to take responsibility of the damages, when they took my car on the 31st July my car was having petrol but today when i collected my car was not having petrol it only allows us to drive 1km,on the 28th of July 2020 we poured full tank on my car and on the 31 July my car was towed with petrol meaning they empty my petrol and now they are denying. I have proof of petrol payment, and we can also ask car tracker to show the vehicle trip of my car from 28 to 31 July, Im angry right now. They cant damage and empty my car petrol like that.
They delayed my claim and they dont want to extend the courtesy car hire, and the loss adjusting Mr Hannes Coetzer screamed at me when i asked him the turn around time for him to investigate and finalized the claim. He said Hey hey just shup up if dont want to speak to me,. I want ABSA idirect to extend my car hire since they delayed the finalization of the approval, I urgently need their intervention cause I can't leave without the while im paying insurance.
