Order was placed on the 19th, delivery scheduled for the 23rd October, due to not having my documents ready, the driver could not hand over my phone (New MTN contract). The 24th they phoned me to reschedule it for today at 11am. Driver pitched up at 11:10am, handed over my documents, took him 2 munites to review everything and perform biometrics, he left at 11:15am. Thanks DSV and MTN, it really went smoothly and I'm a satisfied, new MTN Customer. Was really concerned after reading all the reviews about DSV but I experienced a professional delivery guy and for the lady who organized the delivery, thank you, you were really kind handled everything professionally. Thank You, i appreciate it.
How do I proceed to cancel my insurance with King Price?? How is it possible that You guys can increase my premium from R1200 to R1900 the next month without discussing this with me why this ridiculous increase?? Please let me know what the process is to cancel with King Price because this is ridiculous? I wont be continuing my insurance with King Price!!!
Excactly what I ordered and delivered within 3 days. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do business with them. Will definitely be ordering again from them.
Today I wanted to pawn my laptop, I was told by the short, small built, buyer guy, dont know his name, that they work cashless and dont have money in the till, i will be payed with the "cashies" card. I said no, I want cash. Since when does a pawn shop, not have money? Raised a red flag. He said he will go look for money, i said ok. He printed the contract, and gave me the contract to sign, and asked me if i want to sign so long or wait to see if they have money. i said no, i want to see the money first. He took the laptop of the desk and put it on the desk where they test the electronics, raised another red flag, why take the laptop away from my possession? He is not allowed, i have not signed anything yet to confirm the transaction?? I said I want my laptop back, i am not going through with this transaction. He said No, the transaction has been made, I am not allowed my laptop back. I said no, i have not signed the contract, no transaction has been made. Give me my laptop back, he refused to!! I asked for the manager, he didn't even want to call the manager. After back and forth communication with him, he went to the back to call the manager, he came back and said i must be patient, the manager / owner is on his way. 20 munites passed!!! Another guy came and said the manager is coming, i asked him why i am not allowed my money back, he said that the money has been paid into the cashies card, the manager will come cancel the deal shortly. I told him that I said no to the cashies card, i want cash, i did not sign anything, no deal has been made. he looked shocked and looked at the guy who helped me thirst and they started speaking in another language and then all of the sudden the guy who helped me gave me my laptop back without the manager even coming to talk / assist me!! With an unprofessional, hateful stare in his eyes. Is this how you guys do business?? Time to evaluate your staff. I could have made a case of theft. Stay away from this store.

He looked shocked and looked at the guy who helped me first and they started speaking in another language and then all the sudden the guy who helped me gave me my laptop back without the manager even coming to talk / assist me!! Hi. I have signed up for rain 4G and still unable to RICA the sim card and this is getting extremely frustrating now. Please advise urgently why we are unable to? We have uploaded the pictures with my Dad holding his ID document and a picture of his ID document so many times and still it states the below and is unable to RICA. Registered ID details do not match ID uploaded The registered person needs to go through this ID process Please advise what information is is incorrect as the information we provide is correct? Sorry but this is unacceptable as We have paid the initiation fee of R479 and is still unable to use the service we requested and we provide the information Rain require. I am the point where i want to cancel the service and to have my money refunded and go seek a different service provider I want this resolved today. Thanks. Regards, Gert
