I would like to express my feelings about poor health facility we received from our government hospital. We just visited with my pregnant partner who is currently in labor period but this facility refused to provide assistance and insisted that they only assist patient who arrived by ambulance or referral letter from the clinic. Mind you we are referring to patient who is in labor pains and the baby is due. They did not bother to atleast check her. I don't really understand how can they deny medical support for south African whom is a tax payer. We are sick and tired of the unprofessional service that we receive from this lazy ass government employees who just want to get paid for just sitting and gossiping the whole day. Additionally, my partner was bleeding and that alarmed us hence we had to rush to the hospital, yet they didn't bother to check her. Bundles of idiots
I thought Standard was a reputable company until what happened today and I can confirm that it's a ****ty bank. It took me literally 39 minutes to get hold of the customer care operator to report the *****ulent activities against my account whereby I kept on getting notifications regarding the money that had been debited from my account without my consent. I spoke to the lady over the phone and she cares less about my loss of funds and she did not show any sympathy. She kept on saying that they would have their ***** team and investigate the issue and then I would get the outcomes after 6 working days. In addition, the operator confirmed that she was able to see other transactions whereby the *****sters attempted to debit more funds from my account. Now my money is gone and this is a huge inconvenience since it's going to affect the authorized transaction I don't think this ****ty bank will cover the penalties since the account is currently blocked for any transactions. I don't foresee myself proceeding with working with this company because it is clear that our money is at risk and it is not safe. WITH ALL BEING SAID, STANDARD BANK DOES NOT REGARD THIS MATTER AS URGENT AND THEY ARE JUST INSENSITIVE WITH THEIR RESPONSE
Good day, I applied for phone contract through mondo and i received feedback saying that the application was unsuccessful and they will forward my application to one of their partners.later on i received a phone call from the company called blue label connect saying that i qualify for a cellphone contract.I continued with the phone call with a thought that it was referral as per sms i received from mondo.long story short this guys requested my personal details including banking details as per normal. i was told that the application was successful and i was advised to that i need to have fees available in my account for activation and monthly subscription. Since then i never heard anything from them and when i call their number i hold on the line for round about 10 minutes then the voice prompt say goodbye without speaking to any agent. i was in contact with the lady called Angela and a guy by the name of Dumisani Shongwe email dumisani@bigworldmobile.com .now he is not even responding to my emails.All being said i find this guys not being ligitimate and fraudulent company because they are no where to be found even on their numbers.
