RCT ZONE - PLACED AN ORDER, PAID IN FULL BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT
Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order on the 6th of November but NEVER received it. They don't answer the phone and never replies to emails sent. I lost R661 in the process. Do NOT order from them. 24/11/2025

SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I redeemed the free earbuds+ voucher for my new S20 on the 15th of May. Today is the 25th of August and I am still waiting for them. I have sent 35 emails, escalated the issue 10 fold, and even requested call backs. But to date Samsung does not acknowledge the claim, any of my emails or bother to call me back. My CITD reference number is CITD145326676172 dated 15 May at 13h00. When I phone and ask to speak to a manager, they are NEVER available.
