On Sunday I went to woolworths in Athlone Square PMB and purchase a pack of lemons which when I got home I discovered it had mold on a few and they were turning green. The next day(Monday) I returned them and they gave me a new pack only to find that yesterday (Tuesday) the lemons were also getting mold and becoming soft.
We had a really bad experience at spur Ladysmith Santa Catalina, the manager Banele as he was doing his rounds greeting and asking if customers were okay, he passed us and went straight to the white people behind us. Even came back again to offer them sauce and still ignored us, our awesome waitress Ntokozo came and we enquired why he passed us and didn't acknowledge us. Our waitress went and told him about our concerns and because we were close by we saw he was not pleased and Banele blunty said he will not do that and he never came to us. It is really disappointing to see such discrimination.
We were utterly appalled by the way we were threated during our stay, the whole experience was not pleasant at all. Firstly the way we were spoken to was just very disrespectful, we were told we were making noise and some people actually cancelled their stay because of us but no proper communication was made to make us aware and minimize our noise levels. We were then forced to pay for what was supposedly refunded to those tenants that left. Our entrance was blocked and we could not have access to the premises up until payment was made.
I ordered something and I have been tracking the status of my package and since the the 10th it has been saying it was onboard in a delivery vehicle from Durban to Port Shepstone. Today is the 12th and when I called in the morning I was assured delivery will take place today, later on another consultant tells me no it will only be delivered on Monday. I call again and I am told it should have been delivered today and soon trying to call the driver they are unable to get hold of him. I was then told they will notify the supervisor who will call me regarding this matter, but I did not get any call back from them. I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism I am receiving from this company. The original order is from Labels4school and all they have been saying as well is that delivery is going to take place today.
I am having the worst service with the old mutual superfund call center 0860 20 30 40, I have waited for almost 2 hours now. The first call went to voicemail after 45 minutes of waiting. Now I had an agent answer and she told me she needs to put me through to someone else and I have been waiting and there is no answer.
Today I received the worst service from Old Mutual Port Shepstone, by a guy named Skhumbuzo Msani he said I cannot come in with my child, before even confirming if I will be needed inside with my mom he tells me to leave my child outside with strangers. I sort out my mom's papers so she goes in alone and we wait outside, a few minutes later another guy from Old Mutual let's inside a woman with her small child with no hassle. After my mom comes out I enquired about the rule of not letting children inside and the guy I spoke to was super rude and he left me while talking and assisted another guy who just came.
