Amazing service from Daleen Nel (CRM) from the clinical team, she went above and beyond to assist with my clients pending enquiry, which had been outside of the standard SLA, she took ownership of the query and ensured that it was finalised as promised. I really wish there were more people like her, it would make our interactions with the scheme much more efficient.

First Time Travel - Maldives
I had the pleasure of booking with Cleo Geldenhuys and Team from the Clearwater Mall branch. It was my first time travelling abroad and everything from their destination recommendations, to flights, accommodation and the Itinerary was perfect. I visited the Maldives and had the most amazing time! Swimming with sharks, picture perfect sunsets and snorkelling the beautiful reef, it really was a trip to remember. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless travel experience.
