I went in the morning for a quotation at Planet Fitness Just Gym in Vanderbijlpark at SE8, I spoke to Lebo who then called his manager Shaz who then told me there’s a special for Tuesday which will be R299 for the first 2 months then R449 for the rest of the months for 12 months of which I was happy however Lebo gave me a tablet and asked me to sign and I did sign twice then paid for the tag and when home. I then asked where is the contract so I can go through it to my surprise what I was signing was the contract and it says 24 months and the amount is then R449 which was not what was agreed on and I did text Lebo about this misunderstanding and that I want to cancel but he keeps on saying he wants to talk to his manager but so far I’ve not been helped and I have no idea whether my membership is cancelled or not . I even told them I don’t mind losing the R150 tag price but I want the membership cancelled cause they bridged the contract by lying to me and changing what we agreed on.
I went to buy the danish biscuits cause I saw a tag on them saying R129.99 when I went to pay it was R159.99 I then asked why didn’t the special apply I was then told that the price is R159 the R129 price special has expired but why keep the price tag there if it has changed.
Worse pharmacy ever. I went looking for medicine at Mega pharmacy in Vereeniging for medicine that doesn’t have any sedative. I got 2 pills and 1 cough mixture which had alcohol and the pills are sedative. The reason I didn’t want sedatives was because I have a small baby and didn’t want to sleep to such an extent I won’t feel anything but I was given medication that’s capable of drugging me , when I got into the car I realised the cough mixture has alcohol I went back they exchanged it but did not change the pills and only realised after I drank that the pills are sedatives cause I was drowsy and decided to google only to find out they can cause drowsiness . I don’t recommend this pharmacy especially if you have a small baby they don’t listen to clear instructions.
Last year my brother and I opened a business account as we had just registered for a business. The banker didn’t advise us any better she just went and opened the most expensive account for us. To this date the business has not generated a cent or gotten any business but the account is accumulating money everyday to this date we are owing R3018 and we both don’t work. The way I’m so disappointed with ABSA at this point and we trusted it cause our whole family uses ABSA and now I feel we should all just close our accounts there cause Ansie Barnes didn’t advise as she just opened the most expensive account for us
There was a lady who was brushing her hair, I reported the incident and nothing happened the whole family started brushing their hair to spite me .
I was at Absa Forest Hill to close a 32 days notice account which was done however a month later the same amount of money it use to deduct to my 32 days notice account was deducted and when I came to the bank I was treated unfairly, I was told the amount is hanging in the air and I must just wait until it reflects back. It is an inconvenience cause I had to use the money for something else but instead I was shouted at by Setabata and she told me she's not the one who opened the account I should go be frustrated at the person who opened the account not her
My phone is covered with Cellucity insurance, I then took my phone in for repairs after it fell and cracked. I was told to go fetch my phone as it has been finished however it turns out the phone is fixed but the Fingerprint ID is no longer working as the phone had cracked at the back meaning it was brought back not working. This is after I have traveled 7 times to Mall of Africa concerning the same phone for it to get fixed however I'm not getting any help from the technician Mr Isaac Malesela who is also constantly rude to me as the customer
I stayed in an apartment managed by them, however decided not to renew my lease as the apartment was damaged and had a damp causing mold which was damaging my belongings. Now that I have moved out they do not want to pay my deposit refund back even though I did not damage anything. Instead the person who is responsible for my account named Carol Mabuza is now ignoring my emails and calls. RAWSON PROPERTIES is a scam when I moved in the house didn't have a working toilet I couldn't use the toilet for 2 days, curtain rails were broken so I couldn't put curtains on, the stove was not working properly and the door had a huge gap underneath.
I moved in on the 13th of January 2020 and the house was damaged, this year 2021 I moved out and did not want to renew my contract because that house was frustrating due to the mould caused by a damp which was damaging my clothes and food, the electricity would always trap and now that I've moved out they want me to pay for damages which I had found and complained about on Hello Peter previously
In January 2020 I moved into a property managed by Rawson property under Andy Lloyd and Robyn Brown as the estate agent. The first day I loved in the toilet was not working and broken as well as the door underneath. 3 plates from the stove then stopped working in June I reported the issue and to date its not fixed (August 2020). Then in March the house started developing mold which I reported and a person was sent to come and inspect of which he said there was a damp inside the 1st bedroom wardrobe where the mold was developing and damaging clothes which I ended up taking out of the wardrobe cause to date(August 2020) I have not gotten any service from Rawson properties .
