I just bought R60 airtime, and then proceeded with buying a 1GB voucher from the MTN app for R29, first it asks me if i want to upsize to 1GB, which is the same option that i have already chosen, for R35, i proceed with clicking no, purchase goes through, check my balances and only have R13 airtime left. This is day light roberry. Fix your ****
Mtn is useless and the people that work there is a bunch of incompetent grain heads. I ordered a new contract and phone on the 27th of October 2021, two days later i followed up and was told that the contract was approved and that tje phone will be send to me in 10 working days. Today i call again, asking for a status update just to find out that the order was canceled. How does that work?
I have had my Jet account for around 5 years and have never missed a payment. I am trying to close my account but nobody responds to my emails. I contacted the customer care and asked them to please send me a summary so that i can pay the account in full so that they can close it but they never come back to me. This is unacceptable

I have had the best experience at Renault Table View. They really go all out the satisfy the client and they really do a good job.
