I am so disappointed after being a Loyal customer with DOTSURE and i am treated unfairly. I never even for oneday missed my payments in June I made a claim, only to find out that the dealer wasnt RMI registered the i used the well known reputable dealer to fix my car now DOTSURE is declining my request and they are not going to help me at all after paying so much money each month. I am so disappointed and no one called me to explain to me i had to do follow up on my own. I regret joining and referring people
I am so disappointed with the level of service i am receiving from dotsure, i made a claim they requested documents and i have submitted, the lady who was assisting me Akhona doesnt even make a call back to give me the progress of my claim, when i call dotsure they say the consultant will call me, its been two weeks now my vehicle was fixed and the engineer charged me R150 per day foe not collecting the car, i never missed a payment not even a single day but the service i am getting is so disappointing, i have sent several emails no one is responding, i am so diaappointed all i need is to cancel my policy with themcause clearly i am not valued. I had to go apply for a loan so that i can pay the machanic while i was paying dotsure on a monthly basis. I have recommended dotsure to my family and friends now i even regret doing that cause they dont value their clients
I had a nice birthday celebration at Diep in die Berg and their food is mouth watering, i will love to visit them again as their service is outstanding
i am so disappointed by the level of service i received from Builders warehouse Erasmus Park, i bought online they were supposed to deliver on the 28th but they never did and never bothered to communicate with me, i contacted the branch on the 29th at 9h00 am and they promised that the manager will deliver with his own car and that he is on his/her way to my address that was around 9h00 and i gave instructions that they need to deliver by 14h30 but they never did. I had to call them again at 14h25 to check how far is the driver and i was informed that he is on his way, i requested his contacts and i called him he told me that he wasn't told that my parcel is a priority and also he had a puncher from 10h00 till 14h30 which i know is a lie. This is the second time i receive this bad service and i have realized their drivers are not trained as they can even insult us the clients and they show us that they don't care about our service. I will never recommend builders warehouse as it has failed me and they don't even follow up to check if your issues are resolved you end up calling them without any assistance as if you didn't pay for what you bought. Their dispatch department is very poor and unprofessional as we speak is 17H37 and my order is not yet delivered. I regret doing business with them
We are so disappointed with the level of service we are getting from Afhco friendship town, Brighton the building/caretaker doesn't take our issues serious and he doesn't care about giving us a good service, in January we reported the water leakage from the roof that comes from tenants who stays on top of us and he didn't even see a sense of urgency in resolving the matter and it end up escalating and damaged our 2 plate oven stove as the water was going straight to our stove, we reported the matter several times and he said he escalated to Pieter Uys(Airal Manager). We then made a follow up to Pieter,who he Blantly refused replacing our two plate stove ,without following a proper procedure of investigating the cause. Instead he insulted us by telling us that our stove merely cost R200 of which we found very Disrespectful & condescending. We feel like we are taken for granted and Peter nor Brighton doest respect us as tenants, we have never even for one day miss rent,but we report issues nobody cares, in June we had an issue with our electricity where we had 292 units on a Saturday and Monday electricity went off when we check it says token has expired we reported the issue many times Brighton told us that he doesn't work for city power and he doesn't sell electricity so he won't assist us we must call city power ourselves and we escalated to Pieter he never wanted to answer our calls and when I escalated to customer service Khosi responded saying that she spoke to Pieter and Brighton and they said they are not city power they can't assist we need to sort it our ourselves and our stove won't be replaced as this is not their problem. We are honestly disappointed & have come to conclusion that Pieter & Brighton are Useless individuals when it comes to addressing the concerns & issues of their client/Tenants,which is their core function of their duty, but their not delivering. Afcho for future reference you should employ people who have the Passion & desire to put people 1st in delivering the Service required.
Poor service i received from TFG online shoping and as a regular customer i dont see myself buying online with TFG Group online after buying online 10 times nd this one was a mess. no one told me that my order is not available and they have to refund and after calling for two month requesting for the refund no one came back to me and i spoke to the supervisor he lied saying that i will get my refund within two working days only to find out that 4 weeks later he never processed my request for the refund. i am so unhappy and i wont advice anyone to shop online using TFG Group becaues when it comes to refunds you will wait morethan 3 months
