I bought clothes from EAST LONDON BUFFALO STREET JUMBO CLOTHING on the27 June 25 and returned clothes on the 30 July 2025 for exchange, the cashier refused to exchange qouting a 21 days excharge rule. however, I explained that I was out of town to a rural area for my child initiation therefore, I could not exchange then, I only got time to do so in July. I strongly believe the customer should be given an option to take clothes of the same value if no cash refund is allowed.. But Jumbo is really a profit maker, customer's feelings are not considered at all.
Afternoon Everyone. I subscribed to a mechanical warranty policy with Outsurance, and I did get a schedule of items that are covered by this policy. In July 29th I submitted a claim for control arm, and wheel bearings, when the service provider followup with them they are told that faults reported are not covered, The response really frustrating because they never explained on my subscribtion, I made a claim guided by the policy schedule but now they decline my claim, and tellimg me things that were not mention from the start. I spoke to MBD Collections Agent in mid May on our discussions she verbally offered me a 70% discount on my debt, unfortunately then I had no funds to pay that offer, she persuaded me in making a monthly payment arrangement which I agreed the deductions are going well as agreed. On the 15th of July I called them again asking for Settlement offer letter they promised to email it to me, till today I haven't received the settlement quote but when we chat telephonically they're now changing the percentage from 70% to 30% discount. I've been trying to send an email to the supervisor/manager KgotsoM@tcrecoveries.co.za as instructed by MBD Agents, but all my 5 emails are not responded to by Kgotso. it seems he/she is not willing to assist me advise guys what to do in this situation. the service is poor while they're so quick in calling or reminding for payment. This is truly frustrating me.
Thank you to Mr Makalani Mthokozisi for being patient and understanding when I needed help. The guy really represent his employer keep doing the best, hoping you will followup on all my queries especially the refund. next time I will rate five stars but lets wait for refund before I do so.
