The company had payment options to pay off the trip. I went to Lesotho. The buses were comfortable and the hosts were quite friendly and amicable. The trip itself was amazing. It was my first time in Lesotho. Everything was arranged without any worries and the accommodation was good.

I would actually rate this company as a zero. I had an accident on the 22 Aug (third party collision) and was eventually able to load my claim on their system on the 24 Aug. It this long because of system issues. I then got a phonecall (because there's no claims contact number on their website) on the 28 Aug where the operator asked me details of the claim. I submitted all the documents that they required. Since then, I've been following up via phonecalls and emails to find out the status of claim. All I've told is that it is in validation. For 3 weeks? It's been almost a month since I've had the accident. I've had to make the effort to be updated on the status. No one followed up with me or answered my emails. I deeply regret cancelling my previous insurance company for this pathetic service. They should rather spend less time on loyalty programmes and more on their claims process.
